| Objective:The clinical effect of Huoxue Huayu Kangwei Recipe on 60 patients with gastric precancerous lesions of gastric collateral blood stasis type was retrospectively summarized and analyzed.The superiority of the combination with traditional Chinese medicine was evaluated to provide a practical basis for further clinical application.Methods:Collected and collected clinical data of gastroenterology clinics and inpatients diagnosed with precancerous lesions of stomach and blood stasis type of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from October 2017 to October 2019,30 patients underwent routine Western medicine treatment 3 times a day,10 mg each time;teprenone capsules,3 times a day,50 mg each time,orally)as a control group,30 cases were added with traditional Chinese medicine(Huoxue Huayu Kangwei prescription,each 1 dose per day,decoction 2 times,200ml each time,2 times a day)as the observation group,retrospectively analyze the clinical symptoms,TCM symptom scores,gastroscopy mucosa phase of the two groups after 2 courses of treatment(24 weeks)And histopathology(chronic inflammation,gland atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia)and other changes.Results:There were no statistical differences in the pathological manifestations of gender,age,course of disease,chronic inflammation,and atrophy between the two groups(P>0.05),which are comparable.After 24 weeks of treatment,①2 cases were cured in the observation group,20 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.00%;0 cases were cured in the control group,3 cases were markedly effective,19 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 73.33%,observation The curative effect of the group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).②The TCM symptom scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment.The improvement rates in the observation group in terms of gastric fullness,tingling,painful pain,refusal of gastric pain,melena,and dull complexion scores were 80.82%,73.33%,76.19%,72.86%,97.14%,and 81.16%,compared with 53.95%,36.07%,34.92%,35.06%,65.79%,and 36.62%in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).However,the scores of the observation group were more significant than those of the control group,especially for the symptoms of dark stools,dull complexion and fullness of stomach.③Compared with the gastroscopic mucosal phase,4 cases were cured in the observation group,9 cases were markedly effective,1 1 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 80.00%.In the control group,2 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,13 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 56.67%(P<0.05).④Histopathological observation,the effective rate of improving inflammation,glandular atrophy,and intestinal amelioration in the observation group was 77.33%,90.00%,and 86.67%,respectively;the control group was 50.00%,66.67%,and 60.00%,respectively,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).⑤Comparison of low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia between the two groups.The effective rate in the observation group was 28.57%and that in the control group was 20.00%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:According to the summary analysis of clinical data,Huoxue Huayu Kangwei Recipe has a curative effect on precancerous lesions of stomach.Combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,it can significantly improve the efficacy,especially in improving clinical symptoms,gastrointestinal inflammation and atrophy under gastroscopy.Intestinal epithelial metaplasia has superiority;in terms of improving low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia,although there is no obvious difference,it shows a certain advantage.We believe that Huoxue Huayu Kangwei Recipe treats gastric precancerous lesions objectively and effectively.Through the traditional Chinese medicine effect of Huoxue Huayu Tongluo and the pharmacological effects of prescription drugs,it can improve the gastric mucosal blood flow and reduce inflammatory exudation.,Promote mucosal repair and gland regeneration,inhibit the process of atrophy and intestinalization,and affect the pathological process of gastric epithelial neoplasia and canceration to a certain extent.Huoxue Huayu Kangwei Recipe has clinical application value. |
