| Objective:To investigate the relationship between plasma pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(Pro-BNP) and syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) of Coronary Heart Disease(CHD), thus to provide an objective proof for syndrome differentiation of TCM, and it could supply objective clinical data for standardization of syndrome type.Methods:90CHD patients, who hospitalized in cardiac medical ward of guangzhou University of traditional Chinese medicine Affiliated Foshan Hospital of TCM between April2013and April2014, with a Simple syndrome pattern classifications in Traditional Chinese medicine of CHD. Using cross-sectional survey, Collect medical history, symptoms, signs, etc. referring syndromes score sheet, carry out diagnosis and syndrome pattern classifications in Traditional Chinese medicine of CHD, and statistically the results of plasma Pro-BNP with Common syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine of CHD (heart blood stasis syndrome, retention of phlegm in heart vessel syndrome, deficiency of heart and kidney syndrome).30members of the control group were randomly selected from the Medical examination center, to detected the level of Pro-BNP. Statistically analyzed the relationship Between TCM differentiation Syndromes of CHD Patient and plasma Pro-BNP.Result:In90cases of CHD patients divided into3groups syndrome pattern classifications in TCM, there were34cases of heart blood stasis syndrome,30cases of retention of phlegm in heart vessel syndrome,28cases of deficiency of heart and kidney syndrome. statistically analyzed the results of age〠genderã€Course of diseaseã€Merged disease of the three groups. There were no significant difference (P>0.05). the level of Pro-BNP increased significantly in patient of CHD compared to those in the control group P<0.05), the difference was statistically significantly; The levels of Pro-BNP were statistically significantly difference in Myocardial infarction group and Angina group (P<0.05), Unstable angina compared with stable angina, also had the statistically significant difference; The plasma Pro-BNP levels in heart blood stasis, retention of phlegm in heart vessel, deficiency of heart and kidney three syndromes show an increasing trend.Conclusion:Pro-BNP is a significant predictor and evaluation target of CHD, Independent of other risk factors, as an independent and effective diagnostic marker of CHD. The changes in the level of gives a further demonstration that it is an indicator of the severity of CHD, and can aslo as to the objective parameters of the syndromes differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. |
