ObjectiveThrouhg the observation of the compound Xuanju capsule curative effect observation of capsule in the treatment of kidney Yang deficiency type of Hypoactive Sexsual Desire Disorder, to evaluate the effect of the compound Xuanju capsule in the treatment of Hypoactive Sexsual Desire Disorder with Erectile Dysfunction and Premature Ejaculation clinical effect.MethodsThis study collected the conform to the requirements of the design test and included in the standard of62patients with kidney Yang deficiency type Hypoactive Sexsual Desire Disorder, random according to the proportion of1:1was divided into the treatment group, positive drug parallel control group, the treatment group take compound Xuanju capsule,3pills at a time, three times a day. The treatment last for2months, less positive parallel control group take huanshao capsules, five pills at a time, three times a day. The treatment last for2months. Two groups of patients, respectively, before the start of treatment,1month treatment and at the end of the treatment, score the kidney Yang deficiency symptoms classifying quantization tables, hypogonadism symptoms scale, IIEF-5score and record the vagina ejaculation latency, to assess the clinical curative effect. Using SPSS17.0statistical to do the data processing.ResultsCompare the compound Xuanju capsule with huanshao capsule, the score of1month treatment in the kidney Yang deficiency symptom classification of quantitative table score was lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and two groups of drugs have no difference (P>0.05).The score of treatment for2months of kidney Yang deficiency symptoms hierarchical quantitative table was lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and two groups of drugs have no difference (P>0.05).The score the treatment for2months of kidney Yang deficiency symptom classifying quantization was lower than1month treatment (P<0.05), and two groups of drugs have no difference (P>0.05).The two groups after2months treatment of symptoms of lumbar debility, loss of libido, compared with before treatment, all have significant difference (P<0.05), compared two groups have no significant difference (P>0.05). Compound Xuanju capsule treatment for2months in cold chills limbs than before treatment with significant difference (P<0.05), HuangShao capsule has no improvement, compared two groups have significant difference (P<0.05). The score of hypogonadism symptoms scale in total for2months treatment decreased (P<0.05), and there was no difference between the two groups of drugs(P>0.05). The score of IIEF-5in total for2months treatment increased (P<0.05), and there was no difference between the two groups of drugs (P>0.05).There is low efficiency in the treatment of mild penile erectile dysfunction, and the two groups have no significant difference (P>0.05).There was no improvement in the vagina ejaculation (P>0.05), and there was no difference between the two groups of drugs (P>0.05)ConclusionThe compound Xuanju capsule and the huanshao capsule can both improve the symptoms of lumbar debility, loss of libido.Compound Xuanju capsule can improve the symptoms of cold and cold limbs, HuanShao capsule can not improve the symptoms of cold and cold limbs obviously. The two drugs can improve the symptom in the sexual function.The two drugs improve little effect of mild Erectile Dysfunction. But the two drugs have no improvement in Premature Ejaculation.
