| Objective Description of jilin province in the operating room nurses’job satisfaction status and operating room nurses core competency level status; Clear the operating room nurses’ job satisfaction level and level of core competence in the general differences in demographic characteristics; Confirm the operating room nurses’job satisfaction and the relationship between core competence level.Methods descriptive correlational study design, application of convenience sampling method, the selection of eight areas of jilin province are representative of the11hospitals257operating room nurses as the research object in the investigation. General demographic characteristics by using questionnaire survey method, questionnaire, operating room nurses job satisfaction scale, registered nurse core competency assessment scale as a research tool to investigate the general information of the operating room nurses, job satisfaction, core competence, and the analysis of the effect of variable factors and correlation. In terms of mean and standard deviation of operating room nurses job satisfaction always divide and divide each dimension score, core competence and the dimension scores; Using single factor analysis of variance job satisfaction always divide and each dimension of the differences in different social demographic characteristics; Core ability scores and the dimension of the differences in different social demographic characteristics by single factor analysis; Using Pearson correlation analysis, the core competence of the job satisfaction and correlation.Results1. The general information of the object of studyJilin province in the operating room nurses age between24and55years old, the average age was33.46±7.22years old; Operating room nurses working in operating room time between3-35years, average operating room nursing age was10.20±7.67years; Post and technical titles on primary nurse according to many, accounted for66.9%; Culture is given priority to with bachelor’s degree in education degree, accounted for57%; Contract workers accounted for52.7%, fixed staff accounted for46.9%; To standardize the training of nurses (19.2%), did not participate in standardization training of nurses (80.8%).2. Job satisfaction status quo of the research object (MMSS)(1) the object of study of job satisfaction are always divided into2.52±0.62points, according to the regulations of MMSS scale, mean3.03is the lowest index of job satisfaction. Visible job satisfaction always mean below3.03, at a lower level.(2) the research object in the job satisfaction scale dimensions are always divided into the working state of2.45±0.61points; Dimension of interpersonal relationship are always divided into2.66±0.71points.3. The core competence status quo of the research object (CIRN)(1) the object of study of core ability score between87-87, the total all worth185.36±31.24points, the average dimension item has reached19.35points above, an item is worth3.16±0.54points, visible to the operating room nurses core ability overall level in the medium.(2) seven dimensions of the core competence of the research object scale highest score is the legal/ethical practice ability, and Score is the lowest critical mind/scientific research ability. From high to low in turn order is the legal/ethical practice ability, interpersonal ability, professional ability, education/consulting skills, leadership ability, clinical nursing skills, critical thinking/scientific research ability.4. The object of study of the single factor analysis of job satisfaction(1) job satisfaction One-Way ANOVA analysis, according to the results of job satisfaction on the distribution of social demographic characteristics of the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), are mainly distributed in different technical titles of nurses.(2) job satisfaction One-Way ANOVA analysis, according to the results of job satisfaction on the distribution of social demographic characteristics of no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), are mainly distributed in different age groups, different culture, education degree,different operating room specialist working time of the operating room nurses.5. The research object, the core competence of the job satisfaction and correlation Operating room nurses job satisfaction and the correlation of core competence, from the core competence of the working state and relevant analysis, the core ability of each dimension and job satisfaction of different dimensions are unrelated (all P>0.05), core competence and the scores of each dimension score working status were negative correlation (P<0.05).ConclusionOverall score1. Operating room nurses job satisfaction at a lower level, its working state and relationships in the work in two dimensions, had higher levels of interpersonal relationship degree of satisfaction in the work, the working condition of satisfaction level is low.2. The core competence of the operating room nurses overall score in the medium level, frequency in between\"a little ability\" and\"ability\", the core competence of seven dimensions scores for the arrangement of the descending score from high to low in turn is seven dimensions of legal/ethical practice ability, interpersonal ability, professional ability, education, consulting, leadership, and ability of clinical nursing dimension level is higher, critical mind/have a relatively low level of scientific research ability dimension.3. The influence factors of the operating room nurses job satisfaction analysis results show that the working state of the job satisfaction in different age and different titles has statistical significance.4. The influence factors of core ability of the operating room nurses the analysis results show that the core competence in different ages, different working hours, different titles has statistical significance.5.
