Provide the basis for the promotion of scientific evidence and clinical application of The simple functional exercise.Methods:A randomized controlled study of methods was used to research60cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients at the Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital orthopedic clinic in October2012-June2013(30cases in which the Deficiency of kidney and blood stasis, Damp heat blockage of30cases).Results:â‘ Comparison of clinical symptoms improved results.-After treatment compared with before treatment, VAS, BASDAI, BASMI, showed significant improvement (P<0.05), no significant difference in comparison VAS after treatment in the control group and the experimental group (P>0.05), the experimental group after treatment BASDAI and BASFI more significant improvement than the control group (p<0.05).â‘¡Syndromes improve results contrast:Experimental group improved outcomes syndromes:clinical cure2cases, markedly effective20cases, 6cases of effective,2cases is invalid, Efficiency of93.3%. The control group improved outcomes syndromes:clinical cure2cases, markedly effective18cases,9cases of effective, lcases is invalid, Efficiency of96.7%. The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (p>0.05).â‘¢Laboratory test results contrast:After treatment compared with before treatment, laboratory tests ESR and CRP were significantly improved (P<0.05), showed no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Contrast simple functional exercise combined Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine with Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine alone in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis, the former can achieve better clinical efficacy in improving clinical symptoms.The simple functional exercise for functional recovery of patients, improve the range of motion in patients with abnormal control aspects of joint stiffness effect was significant, worthy of clinical use.
