ObjectiveThis thesis choose the blood stasis of lumbar disc herniation patients as the research object, and use traditional compound acupuncture manipulation which called white tiger shaking head, then bloodletting to promote blood and eliminate stasis. By contrast with the experimental results of rule-acupuncture, observe the clinical therapeutic effect.Methods60qualified patients were observed in this prospective randomized control trial. The same options were choosed. While the patients in study group treated with compound acupuncture manipulation-white tiger shaking head and bloodletting. The other group treated with routine rule-acupuncture. after4courses of treatment, we recorded the VAS scores, JOA scores and ODI scores of two groups, analysed the curative effect, investigate the feasibility and security of this kind of therapy.ResultsThe baseline information of the patients, such as gender, age, course of disease et al, was similar between the two groups.1VAS scores, after received each treatment plan, the VAS scores in both group were decreased. And the downward trend in treatment group was remarkabled, which means the compound acupuncture manipulation-white tiger shaking head and bloodletting played a important role in relieving pain.2JOA scores represented the function of lumbar vertebra, and the scores as higher as better. After4courses of treatment. The treatment group JOA scores significant increased, which means compound acupuncture manipulation was effective in function restoration of lumbar vertebra.3ODI index, which means the extent of lumbar disc dysfunction, after treatment. The ODI index of treatment group were apparent declined. And compared with the control group, the extent of lumbar disc dysfunction is improved.4Clinical efficacy, in treatment group, clinical cure rate was26.67%, effective rate is50.00%, effective rate was16.67%, total effective rate was93.33%, while in control group, clinical cure rate was13.33%, effective rate is26.67%, effective rate was36.67%, total effective rate was76.67%, the rate of recovery and clinical treatment were higher than the control group.ConclusionThe compound acupuncture manipulation-white tiger shaking head can increase stimulus, and compound with bloodletting, are effective to treat with the blood stasis of lumbar disc herniation patients. |
