The rats in the western medicine were treated with benazepril (1.8mg/kg),once a day for16weeks.3、To observe the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine to Progress of glomerular sclerosis rats’24h urine protein, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen.And to explore intervention effect of the traditional Chinese medicine on Progress of glomerular sclerosis rats.4、The expression of TGF-β1、CTGF wered detected by Immunofluorescence staining combined with the kidney tissue morphology to discuss the influence of TCM on fibrosis factors and glomerular histopathology.5、The expression of AngⅡ wered detected by Immunofluorescence staining to discuss the influence of TCM on Renin angiotensin system.Result1、Progress of glomerular sclerosis in rats model was established.Model group24h urine protein, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, TGF-β1and CTGF were significantly increased compared with control group(P<0.05). 2、Traditional Chinese medicine can protect renal function.TCM group of24h urine protein, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen were significantly lower, were significant difference compared with the model group (P<0.05).3、Traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the expression of TGF-pi and CTGF. The expression level of TGF-β1and CTGF in the model group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The expression level of the Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group were significantly lower than the model group (P<0.05);Chinese traditional medicine is lower than western medicine group, and the difference is not significant.4n Traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the expression of Angll.The expression level of Angll in the model group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The expression level of the Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group were significantly lower than the model group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe experimental results show that the traditional Chinese medicine can improve renal function;inhibition the expression of TGF-β1and CTGF;adjust the expression of renin-angiotensin system Angll, and intervene the progress of glomerular sclerosis.The experimental result indicates:Chinese medicine intervention of the progress of glomerular sclerosis is through Multiple links and multiple targets.
