ObjectiveStudy the effects on Pulmonary functions, Peripheral blood eosinophil andFENO of Su Huang Zhi Ke Jiao Nang adjuvant treating exacerbation of asthma.Research the rate of control of asthma and mechanism of action of Su Huang ZhiKe Jiao Nang.MethodsOne hundred and twenty-seven mild patients and One hundred and fiftyfour patients with exacerbation of asthma who go to see the doctors in theCentral Hospital of TaiAN were chosen in the research from February2011toJanuary2013.In the mild unit,Su Huang group contains thirty-two cases,Shu liDie group contains thirty-one cases and The combined treatment group containsthirty-five cases, however the control group contains twenty-nine cases. In themoderate unit,Su Huang group contains thirty-eight cases,Shu li Die groupcontains thirty-six cases and The combined treatment group contains fourty-onecases, however the control group contains thirty-nine cases.Before and after thetreatment,all the patiens should be given the FENO testing,then the routinepulmonary functions testing and at last the Peripheral blood eosinophilcount.After the treatments,ACT also shoud be given all the patients.Comparingall the parameters before and after the treatment,we can evaluate the effects ofSu Huang Zhi Ke Jiao Nang adjuvant treating exacerbation of asthma andspeculate the mechanism of action of Su Huang Zhi Ke Jiao Nang.Results1、 Pulmonary functions: and the moderate unit,we found that FEV1/pre,PEF/pre of all the four groups improved significantly(P<0.05). Themild unit: Compare the parameters after the treatment with the parametersbefore the treatment Of Pulmonary functions Of the mild unit and After thetreatment, FEV1/pre,PEF/pre of all the four groups had no statistic difference(P>0.05),The moderate unit:Compare the parameters after the treatment withthe parameters before the treatment Of Pulmonary functions Of the moderateunit,we found that FEV1/pre,PEF/pre of all the four groups improvedsignificantly(P<0.05),and After the treatment, FEV1/pre of all the other threegroups had decreased more than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was nostatistic difference between FEV1/pre,PEF/pre of the Su Huang group and thatof the Shu li Die group, that of the combined treatment group(P>0.05).Andthere was no statistic difference between PEF/pre of all the groups(P>0.05).2、 Peripheral blood EOS、 eNO of the mild unit and the moderate unit:compare the parameters after the treatment with the parameters before thetreatment,we found that EOS、 eNO of all the four groups decreasedsignificantly(P<0.05). The mild unit:After the treatment, EOS、eNO of all theother three groups had decreased more than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistic difference between EOS、eNO of the Su Huanggroup and that of the Shu li Die group, that of the combined treatment group(P>0.05). The moderate unit: After the treatment, EOS、eNO of all the otherthree groups had decreased more than that of the control group(P<0.05). EOS、eNO of the combined treatment group had decreased more than that of the SuHuang group and the Shu li Die group(P<0.05).There was no statisticdifference between EOS、eNO of the Su Huang group and that of the Shu li Die the Shu li Die group had increased more than that of the control group(P<0.05),There was no statistic difference between that of the Su Huang group and thatof the Shu li Die group(P>0.05).Conclusion1、 Suhuang capsule can improve pulmonary function of patients withmoderate asthma, made the patients with mild and moderate asthma reduction inairway inflammation and improve asthma control level。2、 Suhuang capsule combined with Seretide in treating moderate asthmacurative effect.
