A Comparative Study Of Poria, Poria With Host Wood And Porie Cutis

Objective:According to compare different part of poria (Poria, Poria with host wood and Porie cutis), thus associated the different effects with the active ingredient,and to develop appropriate quality standards of Poria with host wood. In order to establish Poria, Poria with hostwood and Porie cutis with efficacy of traditional and modern pharmacology ingredients contained in their respective role is more closely related, providing a theoretical basis for the choice of the three clinical medicine.Method:1. Comparative study of related ingredients. Respectively measure water content、ash and alcohol soluble.2. Comparative Study of polysaccharide content. According to the alkali extraction and acid precipitation were measured for three polysaccharides and comparative study.3. Comparative Study of Poria acid content. Early on Poria acid by laboratory measurement conditions on three Poria acid content were measured.4. Comparative Study of fingerprints. According to preliminary laboratory measurement conditions for Poria fingerprints were measured for three fingerprints. 5. Comparative study of total triterpene content. The use of methanol for three total triterpenoids extract respectively three total triterpene content was determined.6. Preliminary Study host wood. Poria with hostwood in Tuckahoe on acid and total triterpenoids were determined.Results and Conclusions:1. Water content:Poria> Poria with hostwood> Porie cutis Ash and alcohol soluble extract content:Porie cutis>Poria with hostwood> Poria.2. The alkali-soluble polysaccharide content:Poria> Poria with hostwood> Porie cutis3. Poria acid content:Porie cutis> Poria with hostwood> Poria4. The three fingerprints correlated5. The total triterpene content:Porie cutis>Poria with hostwood>Poria6. Poria acid and total triterpene content:Porie cutis> Hostwood> Poria with hostwood> Poria.Namely the triterpenoids of Poria with hostwood higher than its containing Poria, that is related to hostwood. Hostwood without Poria don’t contain Poria acid.
