| ObjeciBy measuring the levels of plasma alarin in obese patients,discuss the relationship between alarin and BMI and so on, then discusses its relationship to the development of obesity,provide a new idea and theoretical basis for studying the pathogenesis.MethodsCollecting64cases of obesity patients and58cases of normal control group,recording their gender, height, weight and other basic information,testing alarin fasting plasma levels in both groups, while detecting fasting plasma glucose (FPG), fasting insulin (FINS), triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and so on blood lipid indicators.Calculate BMI, and insulin resistance index (HOMAIR).Results1. Obese patients with BMI, alarin levels, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-hip ratio, LDL, FINS etc were significantly higher than that in control group, while HDL was significantly lower than the control group.2.Obese patients blood alarin value BMI, FPG, TC, FINS, HOMA-IR was positively correlated respectively (r=0.250,0.251,0.355,0.354,0.272, p<0.05).3.In obese data took alarin as independent variable, BMI, FPG, TC, FINS, HOMA-IR as the independent variable and conducting multiple stepwise regression analysis, the results showed that TC, FINS were the independent factors of alarin.4. In the control group, alarin with BMI, TC, TG, FINS, FPG, HOMA-IR were not relevant.5. The two sets of data were re-grouped by gender and age,respectively. the results showed that alarin with gender and age were not relevant.Conclusion1.Insulin resistance might existed in most obese patients.2.Plasma alarin levels in obese patients, were associated with BMI, TC and sugar metabolism, speculation alarin may participate in the occurrence and development of the obesity.3.TC and FINS were independently associated with the level of fasting plasma alarin... |
