[Objective] Privately operated hospital in our county grown up in the Reformand Opening-up policy and the tide of socialist market economy,developed fromsmall individual in practice, to today’s level3general hospital, hospital group,chain operation, broke through many insurmountable difficulties, formed aposition that can’t be ignored in our country medical service system. However westill find that there are many week links, the most significant problem is thepersonnel talents.[Methods] Taking five privately operated hospitals in Dongguan, GuangDongprovince as research objects, using questionnaire survey method and the one-to-onestructured interview, filed investigate present situation and the suggestion onthe managements and employees of the privately operated hospitals human resourcesmanagement; according to the medical staff, with the method of stratified randomsampling, take different departments in the hospital,400staff as survey objects.Taking Single factor analysis on the related indexes, using trend chi-square teston the hierarchy orderly classification data, using X2test or Fisher’s exact teston no hierarchy orderly classification data; P <0.05as a result was statisticallysignificant; Using logistic regression analysis on the influence factors of thehospital overall satisfaction and overall satisfaction.[Results]1.There are fewer full-time human resource management departmentsand personnel in the privately operated hospital in our county at present. Theawareness of human resource management is relatively weak.2.Unreasonablepersonnel planning; difficult in Recruitment; imperfect in the examination,difficult to achieve the incentive; unbalanced in training, training content doesnot accord with requirements; less welfare, unsatisfy among staff;unfairtreatment in present policy; continually with Personnel fluidity, poor stability.3.Employees basic salary, bonus allocation, salary comparison withothers will affect the employee on pay satisfaction;And on pay satisfaction,training satisfaction and the importance of satisfaction affect overallsatisfaction of hospital staff.[Conclusions] The government should break through the policy andinstitutional barriers, promote the construction of of talents team in theprivately operated hospital in our county. The privately operated hospital in ourcounty should enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the hospital, lay asolid foundation to attract talents; Repositioning of human resource management;using hierarchy theory of needs, meet the personalized requirements, staff, stabletalent team; set up human resource strategy plan, vigorously improve the structureof health personnel; create favorable talent training mechanism, build talentdevelopment platform; incentive assessment and rewards and punishment system isset up.
