The Clinical Application Of256CTCA In Evaluating Coronary Artery Disease And The Left Ventricular Function

Objective To study the feature of coronary artery lesions,properties coronary arteryplaque and levels of narrow in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD) by256computedtomography coronary angiography(CTCA) and evaluate left ventricular function of thoseaccording different degree of stenosis in coronary artery lesions.Methods Choosing200cases of patients with clinically diagnosed coronary arterydisease(CAD),they were underwent256CT examination and scanned by TCOT.Weselected EBW workstation to deal with the date and used CCA software to evaluate thecharacteristics of coronary artery lesions.Selected30patients with mild stenosis and30patients with moderately severe stenosis according to the different degree of stenosis,theothers in30normal person as control group，compaired with2D-TTE,we evaluated the leftventricular function.Results According to CTCA examination,the single-vessel disease hold a highproportion in200patients with coronary heart disease.There were a total of340cases,including in left anterior descending artery(LAD)(about55.0%)，right coronaryartery (about24.1%)，left circumflex (about15.0%) and left main (about5.9%).In534cases of plaques,the maximum proportion was the light level of stenosis inplaques(about72.8%),the second one was the middle level of stenosis inplaques(about19.7%),and the last one was the middle level of stenosis inplaques(about7.5%).The maximum proportion was the lipid soft plaques(about43.50%),the second proportion was mixed plaques(about28.65%)and the last one washard calcified plaques(about27.85%).Mixed plaques including most of the lipid softplaques was more than mixed plaques including most of the hard calcifiedplaques.Results of left ventricular function, scope of pathology and stenosis degreehad a good correlation and concordance for the three groups.Conclusion1、The atherosclerosis in LAD and single-vessel disease were thecommon characteristics in CAD patients.The result was accord with the literature offlat country.The atherosclerosis was based on light stenosis and soft plaques,and theformer was accord with the literature of flat country and the later was on contrary.2、 Results of left ventricular function,scope of pathology and stenosis degree had a goodcorrelation and concordance for the three groups.256CTCA not only can evaluatecoronary artery, but also can evaluate the left heart function.
