Comprehensive Evaluation On Effect Of Developing And Applying The Appropriate Technologies Rural Health In Jiang Xi Province

Objective:To evaluate comprehensively the17appropriate technologies for rural healthapplication situation of five demonstration county in Jiangxi province,research theeffect of various factors on the technology promotion effect, compare the effects ofpromotion different techniques and select which is the one safe, effective andeconomic, practical, and public satisfaction, to discuss an comprehensive andscientific evaluation indicator system with high validity, reliability and differentiationsuitable for Appropriate Health Care Technologies of promote practical application inJiangxi province.Methods:Respectively to investigate and collect information from5demonstration countyXinjian, NanFeng, NingDu, WuYuan and JingAn county of technology users,trainees, head of grassroots medical institutions and service objects (such as patientsor see the doctors).Descriptive research and analysis to promote appropriatetechnology for rural health situation and the influencing factors, and uses the RSRmethod for comprehensive evaluation of promoting effect.Results:(1)The appropriate technology for a total of17rural health promotion during theperiod of “11th five-year” in Jiangxi province.Technical personnel of the countylevel Medical institutions achieve100%, Township medical institutions achieve97.97%and Village-level medical institutions achieve68.30%to participate in thetraining.98.40%of the respondents need to attend training,92.0%of medicalworkers units have the right conditions for use of technology.(2)The total of17technology utilization rate is71.43%, more than90%of themedical personnel aspects of the evaluation to technology about suitability(97.0%),diagnosis and treatment effect (97.7%), security (97.3%), economic savings (90.1%), and save time (91.0%), simple operation (93.8%), the acceptance patients(93.0%)；The service object to the comprehensive technical service satisfaction was92.90%, The service object has a high evaluation to the time is enough (99.29%),technical proficiency (97.82%),fee satisfaction (89.9%),curative effect (84.91%),noadverse reactions (96.08%). There are79.7%of grass-roots medical institutionsresponsible managers to the appropriate technologies for rural health in this unit topromote job satisfaction.(3) The results for different levels of agencies to promote appropriate technologycomprehensive evaluation, promotion of optimal gear technology in the institution atthe county level are “Control of Postpartum Hemorrhage” and “The Diagnosis andTreatment for Rural Common Skin Disease”, the end of the rank is “The Treatmentfor Respiratory Muscle Paralysis resulted from Acute Organ phosphorus PesticidePoisoning”. promotion of optimal gear technology in the township institutions are“Control of Postpartum Hemorrhage”,“The Diagnosis and Treatment for RuralCommon Skin Disease” and “Helicobacter Pylori Radical Correction”;“TheDiagnosis and Treatment for Rural Common Skin Disease”were rank the first in theVillage-level organizations.(4) The results for different category to promote appropriate technologycomprehensive evaluation, promotion of optimal gear technology in the westernmedicine are “Control of Postpartum Hemorrhage” and “The Diagnosis andTreatment for Rural Common Skin Disease”;“Technology of Ozone (blue oxygen)Healing for Gynecological” were rank the first in the birthcontrol;“the Treatment ofCervical Spondylopathy with Thermal Moxibustion” were rank the first in thetraditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion：(1)17appropriate technologies for rural health in Jiangxi province to promotehave achieve the overall good results, both sides of supply and demand satisfaction,get the recognition of technology users and recipients, and achieved good promotioneffect and social benefit, the appropriate technologies to promote further to carry outthe process in the future.(2) This study comprehensive evaluation results was basically in accord with the actual situation in our province, the comprehensiveevaluation index and results can be used as an appropriate technology for rural healthpromotion effect comprehensive evaluation of reference, can provide reference basisto further promote appropriate technology for rural health and research.
