| The scarcity of medical resources is one of the basic problems in the world.Difference in supply and demand of medical resources not only exacerbates thedeterioration of the current doctor-patient relationship, but also leads to severalcases of poor patient disputes. The development of information technology and theInternet spawned the medical information system, electronic medical records andother medical resources that can help people improve efficiency and the quality ofmedical services. The online network provides a new way for people to get medicalhealthcare information.Related researches achieved some conclusions at online medical and mentalhealth, social support, online medical knowledge creation and privacyconsiderations. However, these studies rarely use the online behavior of participantsin the medical community perspective to start the analysis. There is also a bigshortage at the study of online medical community in the role of a doctor-patientinteraction. While these problems have important significance for the doctor-patientrelationship and the operating results of the community.The thesis studies online medical community participants’ behavior and theinteraction relationships between them. By defining the concept and scope of thestudy, based on the theoretical analys is the author proposes hypotheses and usesdata from Haodf to conduct empirical analysis. Through empirical analysis, theauthor tests the research hypotheses and confirms the positive relationship betweenthe most of behavior. The author studies the impact of physician behavior andpatient behavior on the doctor-patient interaction.The study found that current usage efficiency and patient conversioneffic iency of medical community is low.
