| Objective Explore the value of NBI magnifying endoscopy and endoscopicultrasound in the diagnosis of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods Collection from January2011to June2013in the Fujian ProvincialHospital digestive endoscopy center line NBI endoscopic ultrasound or afteramplification staining was found early cancer or precancerous lesions of the stomachand in hospital endoscopic submucosal treatment or surgical treatment of patientsretrospectively and analyzed data, including61cases of preoperative lesions observedNBI magnifying endoscopy,42cases of preoperative endoscopic ultrasound todetermine the lesion depth of invasion,63cases selected for endoscopic therapy,4patients choose surgery.Results1.NBI magnifying endoscopy observation of early gastric cancer andprecancerous lesions of gastric glandular morphology and histological changes was asignificant positive correlation (P <0.05).2.NBI magnifying endoscopy observation ofearly gastric cancer and precancerous lesions of gastric microvascular morphology andhistological changes was a significant positive correlation (P <0.01).3EUS infiltrationdepth of invasion and pathological results of early gastric cancer and precancerouslesions showed a significant positive correlation (P <0.05).Conclusions NBI magnifying endoscopy in the diagnosis of early gastric cancerand precancerous lesions have a high clinical value can be applied to the census gastricprecancerous lesions. EUS has an important guiding significance for the endoscopic treatment of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions. |
