| Peach, Prunus persica, deciduous small tree. Native to China, provinces widely cultivated throughout the world planting,It can be divided into peach fruit and ornamental peach, peach as an excellent ornamental landscaping Landscape Plants loved. Shoot cutting of hard-wood and soft-wood of ornamental peach species "Yuanchun" (Prunuspersica’Yuan Chun’)was carried out in order to achieve rapid propagation of ornamental peach. In the experiment, the materials were treated by different types and concentrations of growth regulators (NAAã€IBAã€ABT-1) as well as different mediums (100mg/Lã€500mg/Lã€lOOOmg/Lã€2000mg/L). After the treatment, the rooting rate, number and length of adventitious root were analyzed by statistics. The results indicate:(1) The soft-wood cuttings had a notably better rooting effect than hard-wood cuttings. The soft-wood cutting had the best rooting rate of 44.1% and hard-wood cutting had the best rooting rate of 15%.(2) The yellow subsoil were better than river sand.Sand matrix experiments, cuttings rot, mildew phenomenon rarely occurs, but the loss of water in the matrix too fast is not conducive to the survival of cuttings.Yellow subsoil matrix closer to the actual production environment, rich in nutrients, moisture less volatile impurities but more likely to cause skin incision cuttings as well as the surrounding matrix under cover damage resulting cuttings mildew cuttings.(3) Three types of growth regulators (NAAã€IBAã€ABT-1) can promote the rooting rate. The best one was softwood cuttings treated by IBA1000mg/L, reaching 44.1%, while rooting rate of the control treatment was 1.05%.Effect of different concentrations of growth regulators on rooting rate is also very significant, four concentration gradient test of 100ã€500mg/L treatment rooting rate is generally lower than 1000mg/L treatment, and when the concentration is increased to 2000mg/L and when rooting rate downward trend.(4) Rooting is associated with cuttings of nutrients and enzyme activity.Soluble sugar content was dropped after the first rise. After 28d, soluble sugar content reduced to a minimum value, and then gradually began to rise. Carbohydrate consumption maintains the vitality and physical energy which the cuttings required to convert, and induces adventitious root. The change of soluble protein content was firstly increased and then decreased.14d after cutting it reached the highest value, and then decreased gradually during rooting process.Treatment by growth regulator made protein content a process of accumulation at the initial stage, and later it makes the protein content decreased because of the formation and the growth of adventitious root primordia consumed a lot of protein. Treated by growth regulators, the POD〠PPO activity of cuttings were increased with53% and 113% respectively, compared with those of pre-cutting. IAAO activity was decreased with 3.35% compared with those of pre-cutting.SOD activity was rising during the formation of adventitious roots. SOD activity was maintained at a certain level during the late cutting stage. |
