Cassava harvest is an important part of the industrialization of cassava,stem cutting is not only important working procedure of cassava harvest and straw crushing returning,cutter,as the core component of stem cutting,the stand or fall of its performance directly affect the quality of cassava stem cutting and energy loss,to carry out the simulation research of cassava stem cutting mechanism of cutting equipment research has important practical significance.In traditional research,mainly focused on the study of the working principle and structural parameters of the cutter,few of stem cutting under load dynamic physical quantities such as stress,strain and energy in the process of in-depth study.This topic in cassava stem as the research object,in south China tropical agricultural academy of sciences institute of agricultural machinery cassava harvest group on the basis of the soil bin test rig disc cutter,through the theoretical analysis shows that the reliability of the dynamic cutting process to make use of the finite element simulation and practical.Combined with the routine test,finite element numerical simulation technology to carry out dynamic simulation of cassava stem cutting process,analysis of cassava stem cutting rule,for cassava stem cutting machine is designed to provide technical support,and for high crude stem crop harvest mechanization equipment is a new research method and theoretical basis,to carry out stem crop harvesting and processing equipment research has important theoretical value qualified practical application value.Combined with the soil bin test rig of cassava stem cutting experimental study of the process,using explicit dynamic analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element models cutting system,and numerical simulation,study the dynamic mechanism of the cutting process,through post-processing software,animation display,data extraction,such as curve image performance means to get the simulation results,through the analysis shows that the simulation results with conventional test results.The rationality and reliability of the finite element model are validated.For certain working condition of carrying out numerical simulation of single factor experiment,it is concluded that the cutting process under different parameter condition of cassava stem-stress nephogram,the cutting force-time curve,curve,strain energy-time-time graph results such as information,according to the results of the analysis and study on the factors of cutting stress,strain and cutting force,cutting the influence law of energy.Study:stem the optimal combination of maximum equivalent stress the minimum is:knife blade Anglel5°,cutter obliquity7.5°,speed 400r/min,speed of 1.5 m/s.Stem the optimal combination of the minimum limit strain is:the blade Angle of blade15°,blade wheel Angle0°,speed 480r/min,speed of 0.7 m/s.The optimal combination of the maximum cutting force minimum cutting process is:the blade Angle of blade15°,blade wheel Angle0°,speed 400 r/min,speed of 1.3 m/s.The optimal value of the minimum energy consumption as follows:the blade Angle of blade45°,blade wheel AngleO0,speed 600 r/min,speed of 1.5m/s.
