Design And Experiment On Hot Air Drying Device Of Red Jujube Based On Solar Energy And Electric Energy Linkage

The experimental conclusion is as follows: The temperature of the drying room temperature can complete the temperature curve of the process requirement; It has the advantage in sensory traits, sugar-acid ratio, the content of revertose and VC to use the red jujube moisturizing dried system combined solar with electric energy over to use electric energy alone; Moreover, the power consumption of the former is less than a third of the latter.
