Worldwide energy consumption is increasing every year, the total amount of fossil fuels is decreasing, and the proportion of solar energy in the energy component is increasing day by day. Solar energy is clean, environmentally friendly, energy rich,a huge energy characteristics, which Has become the first choice of new energy for people dealing with energy scarcity and climate change and energy saving and emission reduction.In view of the unique geographical environment and abundant solar-thermal resources in southern Xinjiang, a red jujube moisturizing dried system and equipment combined solar with electric energy was designed,combining with the technology of red jujube moisturizing dried,intelligent control system and hot air recycling system.This article expounds the calculation process of the solar heat exchanger and the solar heating area,the selection of related parameters, and the determining process of volume of the solar water heater tank. On this basis, experiments was carried on to contrast the quality of red jujube and related energy consumption. The experimental conclusion is as follows: The temperature of the drying room temperature can complete the temperature curve of the process requirement; It has the advantage in sensory traits, sugar-acid ratio, the content of revertose and VC to use the red jujube moisturizing dried system combined solar with electric energy over to use electric energy alone; Moreover, the power consumption of the former is less than a third of the latter. Obviously, the red jujube moisturizing dried system combined solar with electric energy works well in energy saving.Thus show the use of solar heating, can ensure the drying room the demand for the normal temperature, auxiliary electric heating can work in extreme weather conditions to ensure the normal operation of the drying room all day long.AS for the upgrading of industrial structure, saving energy and reducing consumption is of great significance.The innovation of this design is: First, the analysis of solar energy resources in South Xinjiang area, design and manufacture of solar drier.The drying room save energy, more environmentally friendly than conventional baking room. Secondly, in this paper, the design of solar jujube moisturizing stem of drying room has intelligent control system, combined with the new processing technology of red jujube, reducing the labor intensity of workers, improving the economic benefits.After processing of red date,it has bright color, tastes good, on jujube quality of ascension has certain help.
