Through the survey and research of the dried jujube industry, And comparative andanalysis the drying technology of the natural drying method, drying machine drying, dryingroom drying, solar drying, microwave dried, vacuum freeze-dried method and infrared radiationlaw, We find that Oven Dried jujube origin method is more suitable for small and medium-scaledrying dates. Currently, the fuel of drying room mostly is coal in the Jujube areas. There are alinear heating furnace chimney style small drying room, two linear heating stove two Hang dryingroom, two linear heating furnace Hang drying room and two stove two Hang temperingtemperature drying room types. These drying rooms still have some problems and shortcomings.1) Uneven temperature distribution in the drying room,Large difference in the quality of thedrying dates.2It needs Greater labor intensity and its working conditions is poor.3)The Degree of automation is low.4) It consumes more fuel.In order to solve the above problems, the author redesigned and reformed the original Oven.The Oven uses hot air to dry dates. Oven achieves a high degree of automation by usingTemperature and humidity sensors and PLC controller,it ensures the uniformity of heating ofjujube. During the drying process, it does not require people to operate, saving a lot of labor, andits drying quality has improved. Due the hot air can be recycled to reduce a lot of cost.The main content of the design are as follows:1)The drying room house structure design and the calculation and design of other parts ofthe secondary structure.2)The design and Calculation of biomass stove.3)The PLC control system design.4)The calculation of selection and installation of wind turbines.5) The research of jujube drying process.The innovations of this paper:Firstly, for now unable to make full use of agricultural straw,there are straw burning caused serious environmental pollution situation, the new drying roomuses Biomass as fuel, it can not only improve efficiency and reduce costs, but also can make useof Straw,reduce the status of straw burning and reduce the environmental pollution; Secondly, compared to other conventional drying room, the new Oven uses PLC controller to achieveprecise control of temperature and humidity, and it also can increase the degree of automation,reduce labor and improve product quality.
