Strengthen the protection for social eco-environment becoming important in the circumstance of economic development and subsequently the eco-environment deterioration. The most important part of it is urban greening. To well management with urban green will make the urban environment better, the air fresher and a good city appearance. But there are a lot of inadequacies in management urban green like imperfection institution, inappropriate greening system and so on.The article is focus on the current situation and problems of the urban greening for Baoan District city in Shenzhen. The problems existing are summarizing as:1) The lagged of urban greening level cannot follow the rapidly development and the construction of the city which are not reasonable and inefficiency by satisfy with the request of the citizens.2) The urban greening management is not systematicness and scientificity, which lack of policy enforcement.3) The distempered urban green system without appropriate supervision and feedback channels.4) The incomplete of related law and weakness in law enforcement.5) Lack of environment protection senses for only focus on economic development.By research and analysis the situation and problems existing, meanwhile incorporation with the successful cases in the urban greening area, the article will discuss below points:1) Refer to the theory and management method from developed country. Establish the feasible and long-term management concept with people consideration.2) Depends on the circumstance of the city to work out the suitable greening plan.3) Strengthen the institution management, establish greening evaluation system and monitor system.4) Strengthen the legal construction, standardize the law enforcement.5) Enhance the dissemination to improve citizen’s sense of environment protection.
