Effects Of Oraganic Fertizer Proportion And Planting Density On The Growth And Qualities Of Chrysanthemum Morifolium

The materials of this study comes from C.morifolium ‘Dayangju’.To find out the cultivation scheme of high-yield and quality for Dayangju that planted on the middle fertility soil in Zhengzhou,Henan Province,the effect of main treatments(proportion of oraganic fertizer,planting density and KH2PO4 treatment times)on Dayangju agronomic characters,nutrient absorption,yield,nutritional qualities and medicinal qualities were researched by orthogonal experiment;At the same time,to determine the state of harvest of Dayangju for tea or medicine in henan region respectively,the index component content of nutritional qualities and medicinal qualities in different opening degrees under the cultivation scheme of high-yield and quality were researched;And to choose the appropriate pretreating method,the effect of the qualities of Dayangju in different steamed times under the cultivation scheme of high-yield and quality were researched.The primary results of research are as follows:75% oraganic fertizer(A1)+52500 shoots·hm-2(B3)+KH2PO4 treates 1 time(C1)was advantageous to the growth of Dayangju.75% oraganic fertizer(A1)+67500 shoots·hm-2(B3)+KH2PO4 treates 3 times(C3)raised the nutrient contents of N,P in flower and the nutrient contents of K in stem and leaf of Dayangju, 50% oraganic fertizer(A2)+37500 shoots·hm-2(B1)+ KH2PO4 treates 1 time(C2)raised the nutrient contents of K in flower of Dayangju.The buds of Dayangju from appearring to picking have two fast growing period, one was after 10 d of the budding, the other was after 25 d of budding.If they were not picking after 35~40d,the buds will be expand rapidly,and the flower rate will be above 75% after a week.The most productive combination was treament 3(75% oraganic fertizer,67500 shoots·hm-2 and KH2PO4 treates 3 times),and the best yield was 2327.85kg·hm-2,then the treatment 2(75% oraganic fertizer,52500 shoots·hm-2 and KH2PO4 treates 1 times); Only thinking about nutritional qualities,treatment 3 was better;And only thinking about the medical qualities,treatment 2 or treatment 3 was better.The comprehensive weighted score values showed that the best combination was A1B2C3,the effect of the three factors on all indexes of comprehensive weighted score values in Dayangju was proporyion of oraganic fertizer(A)>planting density(B)>KH2PO4 treatment times(C).The influence of planting density and KH2PO4 treatment times were not reached significant level by analysis of variance,by considering,treament 2 was more aligned with the standard of the optimal combination.Dayangju used for tea should be picked as buds,and for medicine should be chosen as flowers.Taking account of the appearance,medical qualities and nutritional qualities of Dayangju,drying after steaming 1 minute should be choosen as the best processing method in henan region.
