In this study, the seeds、tissue culture seedlings leaves and callus of Vaccinium uliginosum Linn、were used as material, screened the alkali-resistance mutants by using EMS mutation with NaHC03 combinative stress method, and identification some physiological index, which provided the theoretical basis for further screening the alkali-resistance mutants。The results were as follows:1、0.6% EMS immersion the seeds 3h was the suitable mutation concentration, survival rate could reach 50%; after the EMS treatment, NaHCO3 was applied into the medium which was suitable for screening the alkali-resistance mutants, the suitable concentration of NaHCO3 was 0.06%。2、0.1% EMS immersion the tissue culture seedlings leaves 1h was the suitable mutation concentration, survival rate could reach 50%; after the EMS treatment, the suitable concentration of NaHCO3 was 0.08%。3、0.08% EMS immersion the tissue culture seedlings callus 1h was the suitable mutation concentration, survival rate could reach 43.9%; after the EMS treatment, the suitable concentration of NaHCO3 was 0.06%。4、The seeds、tissue culture seedlings leave、s callus of Vaccinium uliginosum Linn. were used as material, some identification of physiological index showed the candidate mutants which were not in or in the NaHCO3 stress, that the activity or content of SOD, POD, PRO which significantly higher than those in control, the content of MDA which significantly lower than those in control.
