Study On Phytase To Effective Phosphorus Improvement Value Of Feedstuff Of Meat Ducks

The mainly feeds stuff resources of poultry and livestock are plant,most of the plant feeds stuff contains phytate phosphorus,but the single stomach animals cannot degradate phytate phosphorus,because its lack of phytase.When formulating rations,we must add inorganic phosphorus in order to fulfilling the request of phosphorus of animals;the large mount of unutilizated phytate phosphorus is emissed with faeces.That way,not only caused numbers of phosphorus resources waste,but also lead to fatally pollution of environment.How to improve the effective utilization of phytate phosphorus,save the valuable inorganic phosphorus resource,decrease the emission of faeces phosphorus were always one of the major topics of livestock and poultry industry. Classify the best and most suitable phytase by vitro enzymolysis experiment,add the selected phytase to the18species normal feeds stuff of meat ducks, research the phytase to the effect of calicum,phosphorus and nutrients true utilization of Linwu ducks, the results are as follows:l)The particle phytase is better than the powder phytase, and according to the research,the suitable additive amount is750U/kg.2)Adding750U/kg phytase,have preferably improvement to the nutrients true utilization of feeds stuff.The improvement range of the nutrients true utilization for the18species feeds stuff are as follows:Dry Matter:0.03%-4.60%,Crude Protein:0.71%-27.05%,Ether Extract:2.00%-37.69%,Gross Energy:0.17%-10.07%.3)The phytase can degradate phytate phosphorus of feeds stuff,improve the true utilization of Ca,P;the study find that the improvement range of true utilization for Ca,P respectively:2.74%-22.12%,0.92%-17.29%,and get the result that the Effective Phosphorus Improvement Value(EPIV):0.02-2.60g/kg.Meanwhlie,we found the correlation between phosphorus true utilization(Y,%) and total phosphorus(Xl,%),phytate phosphorus(X2,%) by the regression equation,and conclude4categories feeds stuff regression equation after adding phytase,as follows:Rice and byproduct:Y=95.170-235.093X1+227.664X2(R2=0.822,P=0.014) Maize and byproduct:Y=32.616-116.418X1+422.574X2(R2=1.000,P=0.000) Wheat and byproduct:Y=51.038-101.249X1+150.516X2(R2=0.778,P=0.471) Pulp and Cake class:Y=45.899-39.557X1+43.888X2(R2=0.732,P=0.518)...
