How to design to solve the key problem, is the focus of this paper.In this paper, based on literature review and practical investigation, the quality control of water conservancy project in the design, the main work is as follows: carries on the analysis to the water conservancy engineering design process, to understand the farmland water conservancy project in the design of quality control problems is to improve the design, in addition have access to relevant information and the study of specific examples, to verify the viewpoint, namely the farmland water conservancy project design quality problems.
