| The project of irrigation and water conservancy project is the core of rural economic development, farmland water conservancy facilities morphological diversity, use the seasonally strong, influenced by local climate, the distribution of water resources, geographical constraints, so the regional strong. In the economic conditions are relatively backward in the arid and semi arid regions, water conservancy project design phase of water resource utilization efficiency, ecological environmental protection, economic benefit maximization, engineering layout optimization is always the focus of. How to design to solve the key problem, is the focus of this paper.In this paper, based on literature review and practical investigation, the quality control of water conservancy project in the design, the main work is as follows: carries on the analysis to the water conservancy engineering design process, to understand the farmland water conservancy project in the design of quality control problems is to improve the design, in addition have access to relevant information and the study of specific examples, to verify the viewpoint, namely the farmland water conservancy project design quality problems. Then analyzes and discusses the factors that influence the quality of the water conservancy project, analyzes the core elements by means of SAD, and sums up the general quality control method, and constructs a model of quality, Xinjiang Yili River Valley and finally compared the characteristics of farmland water conservancy project as a case, to the further analysis and testing.
