The effect of different root stocks were studied on the growth and development of wine grape varieties Marsellan and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grape stocks, such as 5C, 101-14, 101-08, SO4, 5BB, 110 R, 3309, were grafted in Matherlan and Cabernet Sauvignon, and the phenophase, growth potential were investigated, the single spikelet weight, hundred-fruit weight, number of clusters, unit yield and juice yield, soluble solids content, sugar content, acid content, p H, total phenol content,tannin content, etc were determined using the own-rooted seedling as control. The results show that:1. Of all 18 index, the 13 index is higher than or equal to the own-rooted seedling, which suggests six stocks(except 101-14) grafted in Matherlan grapes has a promoting effect. Based on the analysis of biological characteristics, fruit quality,3309 nine measures of high, new a total spikelets, respectively, hundred grain weight,juice yield, soluble solids content, sugar content, p H, total phenol content, tannin content, 14 indicators is better than that of the seedling, the instructions in 3309 to promote Marsellan grape growth and development of the effect is obvious, the quality of grape is the best.2. Off all root stocks gtrafted in cabernet sauvignon, the 14 indexes of cabernet sauvignon / 5 C and cabernet sauvignon / 3309 is higher than or equal to the own rooted seedling, the stock 5C, and 3309 is to promote growth and development of cabernet sauvignon grapes. Based on the analysis of biological characteristics, fruit quality, the high index number 5C(9) more than 3309, the total project for the new a little mature, main stem diameter, branch length, hundred grain weight, number of clusters, juice yield, soluble solids content, total phenol content, tannin content, root stock 5C more obvious effect on growth of cabernet sauvignon, the quality is the best too. In addition, without considering the biological characteristics of factors,rootstock 101-14 improve fruit quality and yield per plant significantly.
