Cinnamomum camphora is one of the representative species of subtropical evergreen broadleaved forest, but also the important urban greening tree species of China’s southern city. Due to the eco-environmental problems like soil, physiological etiolation of camphor is prevalent in urban landscape. In order to seek scientific measures to treat the physiological yellowing, this paper through the positioning observation and analysis of the growth and physiological effect of the three treatment method of foliar fertilizer, trunk fertilizer and soil replacement respectively, to provide a scientific basis to the cure of camphor’s physiological etiolation for the experimental area and other similar area. The results were as follows:1.The optimum foliage spray concentrations of (NH4)2Fe(SO4)2, FeCl3 and FeSO4 was 1.6%,1.2%,1.2%,and the largest growing rate of its camphor chlorophyll, the biggest increase in specific leaf weight and the average new shoots in those years is corresponding 34.32%,15.59%,23.63cm and 30.83%,13.35%,21.93 cm and 26.11%, 11.56%,21.27cm. Thus it can be seen,1.6% of (NH4)2Fe(SO4)2 is the optimum fertilizer reagent of foliage spray of camphor physiological etiolation.2. The optimum trunk injection concentrations of (NH4)2Fe(SO4)2, FeCl3 and FeSO4 was 1.6%,1.2%,1.2%,and the largest growing rate of its camphor chlorophyll, the biggest increase in specific leaf weight and the average new shoots in those years is corresponding 50.99%,19.81%,27.0 cm and 36.18%,18.42%,24.43 cm and 27.34%, 12.11%,23.73cm. Seen,1.6% of (NH4)2Fe(SO4)2 is the optimum fertilizer reagent of trunk injection of camphor physiological etiolation.3. When the paddy soil’s replace with out-soil volume was 200kg,300kg,400kg, 500kg,600kg, then the largest growing rate of its camphor chlorophyll, the biggest increase in specific leaf weight and the average new shoots in those years is 0.82%,0.97%, 18.77cm and 0.82%,1.61%,19.00cm and 2.20%,1.16%,19.23cm and 1.79%,1.50%, 19.60cm and 1.79%,1.36%,19.63cm. Its cure of etiolation camphor does not work..4.When the amount of forest soil with new soil was 200 kg,300kg,400kg,500kg, 600kg,then the largest growing rate of its camphor chlorophyll, the biggest increase in specific leaf weight and the average new shoots in those years is 192.76%,123.17%, 42.53cm and 213.52%,134.07%,46.83cm, and 242.46%,152.98%,50.93cm, and 247.20%,161.94%,55.37cm, and 247.20%,162.21%,55.40cm. Where the amount of replace with out-soil is 500kg and 600kg, the growing rate of its camphor chlorophyll, the increase in specific leaf weight and the average new shoots was significantly higher than the average value of the corresponding amount of other foreign soil, but there was no significant difference between 500kg and 600kg about the chlorophyll growth and the increase in specific leaf weight and the mean value of new shoots. Visibly,500kg capacity is the best new soil volume of the tested trees.5.All three treatment measures have different effects. The leaf chlorophyll content of foliage spray and trunk injection are basically starting to narrow the differences between the correspondence trees from September until there is no significant difference. Visibly, it is the effective fundamental way to using forest soil with new soil for camphor physiological etiolation governance at present.
