| By the landscaping waste as compost’s raw material, using high temperature windrow composting method, the research will put white rot fungi and actinomycetes as different exogenous additives in the landscaping waste and search the composting effect. Adopt the method of testing laboratory samples, determination of conventional scanning electron microscopy to explore the exogenous microbial agent physicochemical changes, decomposition substance landscaping waste composting process and properties of maturity. Take the landscaping waste composting products and mushroom residue, rock wool, peat as geranium’s (scientific name:Pelargonium hortorum) cultivation medium, take their growth and flowering index and physicochemical properties as indexes. Further more to research the landscaping waste composting products and several other matrix effects comparison in geranium cultivation stage. Thus to explore the exogenous microbial agent for landscaping is a role in promotingThe results:1) There was a higher temperature and a longer duration of high temperature with the inoculating white rot fungi plus actinomycetes than with other treatments. However, the pH and EC were not affected by inoculating microbes. Compared to other treatments, inoculating white rot fungi plus actinomycetes could shorten the time of composting, so that it took 35 days (GI>80%)to reach compost maturity. The root length of inoculating white rot fungi treatment was longer than with the others. The results of SEM show that the structure of lignin and cellulose clearly changed with the inoculating white rot fungi plus actinomycetes, and the degree of degradation was more thorough than with other treatments.2) Detect the three aspects of quality about the products after adding the microbial agent the landscaping waste compost. From the view of the comparison of humus,carbon nitrogen ratio and appearance, the performance of the humus in the composting period is different, the content of the mixed microbial agent is the lowest, but the content of the single inoculation of white rot fungus landscaping waste compost humus is the highest. The biomass of geranium in the peat basement and landscaping waste is in the middle, the biomass of geranium does not have difference in the two basements. More over, the every biomass of Geranium is the highest which in the mushroom basement. The quality index of geranium (peat substrate) leaves and flowers are better than the other three (mushroom residue\rock wool\landscaping waste). Comparison of the garden waste compost products and other three kinds of substrate, nutrient contents of landscaping waste is in the middle of the mushroom residue and peat substrate. |
