The control of weed in tobacco field has been a big problem for tobacco growers on managing the tobacco field and getting high economic benefits. Weed in tobacco field could compete with flue-cured tobacco for water, fertilizer and light, hindering the growth of flue-cured tobacco. In order to effectively control weed in tobacco field and improve the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco, we experimented with K326 seed coating, mensurating the weed control effect of strain and fresh weight, the physiological and biochemical characters of flue-cured tobacco, and the chemical constituents of tobacco leaves after roasted. The results are as follows:1. White plastic mulch not covering light, could significantly increase the film temperature, warming, but black plastic mulch covering light, could work a certain degree of cooling effect in the film. If the temperature inside the film was too high, it would cause damage to the seed, and inhibit the seed germination and growth; if the temperature of the film was too low, the germination and growth of the seed would also have some inhibition to the seed germination. At the same time, black film shielding light could also affect the seed germination. Color film was well resolved the white film and black film, could not only light transmission, and would not cause the film temperature too higher, temperature and humidity and light more appropriate. Therefore, the color film mulching could not only provide a good environment for the growth of flue-cured tobacco, but also control the weeds in tobacco field to the quality and efficiency of flue-cured tobacco, suitable for field application.2. Pre transplant herbicide used for soil treatment for crop transplanting, could effectively prevent the seed germination and growth of the soil. Herbicide and crop in time or space staggered could reduce the effect of herbicide on crop. Spraying before transplanting was more safety of crops than when transplanting application, but the effect of weed control was lower than when transplanting application.3. 50% napropamde per mu 125 g against 50 kg water could be used for weed control in live, do not affect the seed germination of flue cured tobacco, and effective prevent and control the weed in tobacco field. 72% metolachlor per mu 90 ml against 50 kg water could be applied to transplanting tobacco seedling under film. 72% metolachlor could effective prevention and control of tobacco field monocotyledonous weeds and spraying after 20 d weed control effect reached more than 97%, spraying after 40 d weed control could still be reached more than 90%, flue-cured tobacco was safe, and the yield and quality of flue-cured tobaccodid not affect.4. Transplant herbicide was used for young weeds of stem and leaf spraying processing.20% quizalofop-p-ethyl were highly selective between grasses and dicotyledonous crops, and20% quizalofop-p-ethyl per mu 42.5ml against 50 kg water could effectively prevent and control the monocotyledonous weeds in flue-cured tobacco field, more than 88%, the flue-cured tobacco was safe, and the yield and quality did not affect.
