| With the accelerating pace of adjustment of fishery industry structure in China,Marine fish farming has obtained rapid development. As a way of new and intensive farming methods, the deep sea and anti wave cage culture have achieved certain results in the state and the coastal local government’s vigorously support and the efforts of researchers.However, due to the development of anti wave cage in our country is mainly imitate others based on the basis of foreign advanced technology, and the innovations in the research findings is too little, therefore, it can not fully meet the requirements of marine diversity in our country. Not only that, with the increasing demand of deep sea aquaculture,the cage should have higher ability to respond to a variety of harsh marine environment.Further more, owing to most of the cage at present are fixed in a certain area for breeding,when the typhoon is come, fishermen must take all kinds of measures to avoid,but even then it can often cause cage damages in large area and therefore bring the serious economic loss. As a consequence, it is particularly important to increase technology research on deep-water cages and promote the development of the deep sea cage culture technology which have independent intellectual property rights. Aiming at the main problems of china’s deep sea cage culture in the environmental protection and the ability of anti waves,the author design a new type of environmental protection and anti wave cage which also can mobile by means of transform and recreate the key technology achievements of marine engineering equipment and apply the technology of offshore platform lift, piling positioning and mobile in the cage culture. The overall framework of the cage is made up of marine lifting platform and rectangular cages. The lift of the platform is controled by the lifting device which is located at the junction of the main leg and platform. And the lift of the cage is controlled by hydraulic winch is located on the platform. The cage has the characteristics of anti wave, simple operation, high degree of automation and so on.Moreover, it can also better adapt to all kinds of bad weather at sea. In the paper, the author also simulated the hydraulic system of the cage lifting by use AMESim simulation software, and then analyse the influence of the parameters on the performance of hydraulicsystem by setting different simulation parameters. At the end of the article, the author verified the correctness of the design of the hydraulic system. |
