In this paper, the extraction, bleaching and macroporous resin separation process for chlorogenic acid from flowers, stems and leaves of LongHui Lonicera japonica Thunb was studied, aiming at developing a process of low production costing, high extration ratio and purity, low pollution from waste materials, and providing reference for industrial production. And honeysuckle compound pig feed additive, both to promote the rapid growth of pigs, but also improve the body’s immune system, while improving meat quality was studied. The main results were as follows:1.The extracion ratio of chlorogenic acid by boiled law, ethanol dipping, alcohol refluxing extraction and ultrasonic methods was compared, and the former one was chosen as the proper method for extraction of chlorogenic acid from flowers, stems and leaves of Lonicera japonica Thunb.Methanol was selected as the extraction agent by comparing the effect of water, methanol, ethanol and acetone. Through single factor, orthogonal and verification experiments, parameters for optimum process were established as follows:Soak for24hours, Honeysuckle60mesh,Methanol concentration70%,extraction time1.5h,in twice, ratio of material to liquid1:20, extraction temperature70℃, solvent pH4.In this condition, the final yield of flowers, stems and leaves of LongHui Lonicera japonica Thunb is6.67%、5.43%、4.80%.2.The condition of adsorption with active carbon is:the addition amount of active carbon is2.4g per100mL solution, the adsorption temperature is60㈧,the adsorption time is lh,the acidity of adsorption solution(in terms of PH)is3.In this condition, the color of adsorption solution was decreased85%above.Seven different kinds of macroporous resins were evaluated with static adsorption and desorption tests. D-101B resin was confirmed as the most suitable resin based on adsorption ratio89%and desorption ratio74%.Optimum parameters were established according to single factor and orthogonal experiments:the content of Chlorogenic acid665μg/ml, flow rate3BV·h-1,sample pH4,the eluent is30%ethanol, sample volume4BV, eluent volume4BV,eluent pH7.3.Combining traditional Chinese medicine and modern practices pharmacological research, selecting honeysuckle leaf, hawthorn, malt, Houttuynia, licorice, astragalus, pine needles, when ginseng, Poria, Radix, Artemisia annua, garlic, rhizome, Polygonum as raw materials, accord to formulation with different proportions of pig feed additives.Formulation and granulation process of pig feed was studied preliminarily.
