| This study is to investigate the effects of several kinds of fertilizer on the yield and quality of Flos Lonicerae (Lonicera japonica Thunb) through the cropland fertilization test. The results indicate that the chlorogenic acid content has obvious negative correlation with the weight of alabastrum of Flos Lonicerae picked in different areas of Pingyi county, Shangdong province. But the correlation with the concentrations of soluble sugars, polysaccharides, total sugars, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll, N, P, K and total N/P/K content is not evident. Under the experiment condition, the test fertilizer, including carbamide, monopotassium phosphate, potassium sulfate compound fertilizer, ammonium biphosphate, potassium sulfate, diammonium phosphate and biological fertilizer, all can facilitate the nutritional growth and reproduction of Flos Lonicerae and thus increased the yield of Flos Lonicerae. Diammonium phosphate can obviously increase the yield of 2. 09 times higher than control group. All the seven kinds of fertilizer can increase the content of chlorogenic acid and the biological fertilizer caused the highest enhancement. But compared with control group there are no significantdifferences. This indicates that the quality of Flos Lonicerae will not be reduced by fertilization. The effect of this seven kinds of fertilizer on the recoveries of chlorogenic acid is: diammonium phosphate> monopotassium phosphate potassium sulfate> carbamide> biological fertilizer> ammonium biphosphate> potassium sulfate compound fertilizer. In conclusion, diammonium phosphate will be the best choice used in the main productive region of Flos Lonicerae of Pingyi county. |
