Carassius aurutus in Qihe River belongs to Cypriniformes,Cyprinidae,Carassius Jarocki. It is a naturegynogenesis triploid Carassius aurutus. Carassius aurutus in Qihe River has the characteristics of fastgrowth, high nutritional value and high mean-production rate, which make it possess a great developmentpotential. the research on Carassius aurutus in Qihe River has become one of the topics among thescientific workers.Hybrid progenies (Carassius aurutus in Qihe River♀x fancy carp♂) and self-reproduction offspringof Carassius aurutus in Qihe River were raised in the same conditions. After the feeding, measue theirgrowth indicators, morphological indexes and analyze them by biostatistics methods. Analyze the geneticdifferences and relationships between paternity and offspring by DNA barcoding so that to provide somereferences for the research on germplasm resources of Carassius aurutus in Qihe River.1The growth performance comparison between hybrid offspring and self-reproduction offspring ofCarassius aurutus in Qihe RiverThe growth indicators of hybrid progenies and self-reproduction offspring were measured andanalysis, the result indicated:(1)The average survival rate of hybrid offspring was22.71%, self-reproduction offspring survival ratewas20.83%.(2)The average growth rate, weight gain of hybrid progeny were61.15%and310.415%,respectively.Corresponding the self-reproduction offspring were40.85%and373.80%. The hybridoffspring of red fancy carp and Carassius aurutus in Qihe River growth rate (49.44%) and weight gain ratewere not the greatest, but their initial body weight (3.60g) and final body weight (11.25g) were the greatest.(3)The color of the Hybrid progenies (Carassius aurutus in Qihe River♀x fancy carp♂) is the samewith that of the self-reproduction offspring of Carassius aurutus in Qihe River, it is light golden.2Morphological characteristics on hybrid offspring and self-reproduction offspring of Carassiusaurutus in Qihe RiverThis study analysised morphometric characteristics, countable characteristics and framecharacteristics on Carassius aurutus in Qihe River four hybrid offspring and one self-reproduction offspring by three statistical methods, the results as followed:(1) There were significant differences between number of lateral-line scale and gill rakes number ofhybrid offspring and self-reproduction offspring, but there were no significant differences among abovelateral line, below lateral line, the dorsal fin spine number, dorsal fin article number, number of anal finspine, anal fin ray count.(2) It was not significant difference between hybrid offspring and self-reproduction offspring inmorphological. There weren’t significant differences among the five groups in the morphometriccharacteristics and framework characteristics.(3) The description of three methods from different angles, it was essential and irreplaceable for thestudy on the morphological characteristics.3The genetic differences among the hybrid offspring, self-reproduction offspring and paternity ofCarassius aurutus in Qihe River.PCR amplification experiment was conducted in the same reaction system using CO1universalprimers, the DNA which came from the carp female parent, four fancy carps male parent (red fancy carp, white fancy carp, yellow fancy carp and black fancy carp), hybrid progeny and self-reproduction offspring, the results showed:(1) DNA banding was clear, less impurities by PCR amplification using universal primers.(2) There was the largest genetic distance between Carassius aurutus in Qihe River female parent andred fancy carp male parent (0.1374), and the minimum was white fancy carp (0.1348); the second and thirdwere yellow fancy carp and black fancy carp (0.1367and0.1350).(3) Hybrid progeny had a significant lower genetic distance with female than male parent. From theNJ phylogenetic tree, it was obviously divided into two parts, a part of which was consisted ofself-reproduction offspring, hybrid offspring and maternal Carassius aurutus in Qihe River, forming abranch with93favorability rate; another part was male fancy carp parent with99favorability rate. Fromthe perspective of genetic evolution, the genetic distance between hybrid progeny and the paternity wasunequal, partial to female parents.
