Focusing on building "the first city of China Camellia oleifera Oil",the city has put the power of the whole city to develop Camellia oleifera industry and reached out to the world in order to let its oil fragrance spreads across the country especially in recent years.The article main appraised the health status of Camellia oleifera demonstration forest in Chang Ning,and analyzed the main influence factors which were soil ferlity,diseases and insect pests,forest structure,then aimed at these three main factors,we carried out the sduty of the key technology of health management of forest tending.The main conclusions of the study as following:l.The health status appraisal of rehabilitation of low-yielding Camellia oleifera demonstration forest in Chang NingRehabilitation of low-yielding Camellia oleifera demonstration forest of Chang Ning were evaluated with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The evaluation result was2.9908,and the maxi membership degree was0.3833.The results indicated that the total health state of Camellia oleifera forest was between in health and sub-health.According to the standard classification of Camellia oleifera Forest Health and Ecological implications, we could see that the economic benefits of Camellia oleifera Forest was general,stand structure was basically intact, functional coordination was basically stable. From the grading point of view, this Camellia oleifera forest area in0.0323extent was very healthy,in0.2921extent was healthy,in0.3833extent was sub-healthy,in0.2766extent was unhealthy,in0.0236extent was sick. Based on the evaluation results, the major factors of the impacting of Chang Ning Camellia oleifera health Class D were larger stand density, low input-output efficiency.The pruning measures should be arranged in reason,that will reduce stand density and increase the rate of air and light woodland and improve input-output,and finally reach to aim of avoiding Camellia oleifera forest developed into sub-health state. 2.The influence on Chang Ning new Camellia oleifera afforestation and low producing demonstration forest’s plant pests by soil preparation and tending methods.The severe plant pests appeared in Changning Camellia oleifera forest are Camellia oleifera anthracnose, tea seed weevil, citrus grey weevil and citrus oblique ridge weevil.
