With12years old of Tsoongiodendron odorum plantation ecosystem as the research object, adopting average wood as the method of studing Tsoongiodendron odorum biomass, and estimated their productivity; the diameter at breast height, tree height and volume growth law and mathematical model was analyed by stem analysis method; and analyses the measuring carbon and nutrient content, storage and distribution pattern of Tsoongiodendron odorum plantation ecosystem; at last discussing the metrology characteristics of carbon and N, P, K, Ca, Mg elements of tree layer and soil layer. The results show that:(1) the total amount of biomass of Tsoongiodendron odorum plantation ecosystem is122.49t/hm2, and the arbor layer biomass is121.68t/hm2, understory shrub grass layer and litter layer was only0.03,0.78t/hm2. The net productivity of Fast growing stage of Tsoongiodendron odorum plantation was10.14t/(hm2.a).(2) Height, DBH and volume growth of Tsoongiodendron odorum increased with age, average annual growth and the successive growth showed7years ago increased rapidly; DBH appeared peak within fourth years.the rapid growth period of Tsoongiodendron odorum appeared in the first7years, then growth is relatively stable. Within12years, Tsoongiodendron odorum still be in rapid growth period. Height, DBH and volume can be used models Y=17.4842/((1-1.2052*e (-0.159853*T))(1/-0.630847)(1-e), Y=14.5843*(-((T+1.7973)/6.6281)^2.5721)) and Y=0.167329/((1-1.3196*e (-0.196630*T))(1/-0.263659)) equations to estimate, respectively.(3) The carbon content in various organs of the trees ranged from394.31-506.39g/kg, with the order of root tip> coarse root>stem> branch> leaf> middle root> bark> fine root, their carbon content in different organs were diference significantly.layer Carbon content of understory shrub grass, litter were362.13,380.20g/kg, respectively, their were lower than that of tree layer. Carbon content in0~20,20~40,40~60,60~100cm of soil layer were17.54,6.91,5.31,4.13g/kg,respectively.5kinds of nutrient elements average (arithmetic mean)content of Tsoongiodendron odorum were expressed as N>Mg>K>Ca>P, shrub grass layer was N>K>Ca>Mg>P, both litter and soil are N>Ca>K>Mg>P.(4) The total carbon storage of Tsoongiodendron odorum plantation ecosystem was159.04t/hm2, and the tree layer, shrub and herb layer, litter layer and soil layer accounted for38.26%,0.01%,0.19%,61.54%, respectively. The main carbon pool was concentrate on soil layer, the second is the tree layer, the annual net carbon sequestration of tree layer was6.32t/(hm2.a), and annual net carbon accumulation was5.01t/(hm2.a). (5) The total storage of N、P、K of nutrient elements in Tsoongiodendron odorum plantation ecosystem was320.68t/hm2, and soil leyer account for99.71%. The total storage of5nutrient elements in tree layer was1.30t/hm2, and annual net accumulation amount was108.06kg/hm2.a-1,5kinds of nutrient elements expressed as N>Ca>K>Mg>P. Fast-growing stage Tsoongiodendron odorum plantation averagely product It dry biomass required the total amount of nutrient elements for10.66Kg, utilization efficiency followed by the size of P>Mg>K>Ca>N.(6) The carbon and calcium content of the tree layer were not significant positive correlation, and The carbon and nitrogen、phosphorus、potassium were not significant negative correlation.the carbon and magnesium content of the tree layer reached extremely significant negative correlation, can use three multinomial Y=514.958-0.106X-3.602E-8X3model to simulate; carbon and nitrogen in the soil layer also reached significant positive correlation, the available equations to simulate the Y=-12.442+29.315X-6.543X2, both two with excellent coupled, carbon and potassium was significantly negative related, and carbon and phosphorus、exchangeable calcium、exchangeable magnesium were not significant negative correlation.
