In order to provide reasonable basis for scientific guidance fertilizer application, by analyzing the nutrient element of mango fruit and leaves during the development period, Mango’s nutrition characteristic and its correlation was studied. The field trial was undertaken to evaluate the effects of soil application of Ca(NO3)2before flower period and both Ca(NO3)2and compo calcium foliar application. And the influence of calcium on mango quality, yield, and content of potassium(K), calcium(Ca) and magnesium(Mg) of leaves and fruit was verified. The following are the main conclusions:(1). The contents of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Cu and Zn elements in the fruit drops with the fruit growth regularly, that were showing significant positive correlation between each other, and that was significantly negative correlated with fresh weight and dry weight of fruit. The correlation of contents of mineral nutrients in the second leaf storeys linked more closely than the first leaf storeys; the correlation of contents of mineral elements was strong between the second leaf storeys and fruits.(2). Field experiment was conducted to study the effect of fertilizing calcium nitrate in soil on mango. The results showed that the Ca content of pulp in fruit were significantly increased, by applying calcium fertilizer, compare with control treatment. Applying calcium fertilizer had an antagonistic action for K and Mg of fruit. Applying calcium fertilizer had different response for quality, storability and yield of mango. It is the best treatment to improve fruit quality and reduce incidence during storage which fertilizing250g/plant(Ca). The mango yield is significantly improved which fertilizing calcium150g/plant(Ca).(3). Field experiment was conducted to study the effect of Ca spraying on mango. The results showed that spraying calcium nitrate could increase Ca content of leaves, peel, pulp and seed of mango, and had an antagonistic action for K or Mg of leaves, and had different response for quality by spraying different level calcium nitrate. It is best treatment to improve fruit quality and reduced the incidence during storage which spraying2.5g/L (Ca) of calcium nitrate. Spraying compo calcium could increase Ca content of leaves, peel, pulp and seed of mango, and had different response for quality by spraying different level compo calcium. It is best treatment to improve fruit quality which spraying0.5g/L(Ca) of compo calcium.
