Construction And Application Of Recall Management System In Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises

Since China issued“Defect Vehicle Product Recall Management Regulation”, domestic vehicle manufacturers face a new subject. As the main part to implement recall regulation, the vehicle manufactures should understand the theory basic of recall management, study the related law, refer to the international experience and build up its own recall management system to fight the risk and crisis of product recall.With the method of theory and practice, this paper firstly analyses the theory basic of recall management and find the result that the foundation of recall management is just crisis management. Then, based on the theory of crisis management, a recall management system frame is built for vehicle manufacturers, including some sub-systems like defect warning system, product traceability system and after-sale service system, and two key technology like product investigation and risk access.The using of recall management system is to be implemented by the detail operation process. Some method from project management can be used in recall action planning. Through the real cases, this paper explains the using of the sub-systems and key technology of recall management system, which is focused on how to meet the purpose of recall management.
