This article toour family car recall costs as a research topic, which is to make the auto companiesrecognize the cost of the recall, and to provide relevant recommendations to control andreduce the cost of the recall of defective motor vehicles.Firstly, the paper through the basis of a wide range retrieve the status quo at homeand abroad, and reviews the relevant areas of research, then explains the relevantconcepts and theoretical basis of the recall and the cost of vehicle recalls.Secondly, through our vehicles for the number of times, recall reasons, recall rateand so to analyze the status quo of China's domestic car recall. Based on the currentsituation of China's automobile recall to analyze the recall cost of the status quo, whilesummarizes the cost of China's domestic car recall problems.Thirdly, according to the family recall car building principles of cost index,respectively, from the identification costs, decision-making costs, implementation costs,compensation for litigation costs, the market cost of the recall costs in five areas toestablish the evaluation index system, and combines with the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to build fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Finally, By fuzzy the model to analyze the recall of specific examples, and drawrelevant conclusions.Base on the results of evaluation to propose some suggestions tocontrol and reduce the cost of the recall.
