Study On The Main Function Division Based On Municipal Administrative Area

During 2006-2015, the Main Function Planning in China has risen from the co nception to the system.The Main Function Planning has become a standard system the regional development have to comply with.Municipal Administrative Area is the real institution of the spatial planning.Adopting the main function of administrative is the inevitable result of the main function zone space control. This paper taking Yongzhou city as an example, taking town as the division unit, using statistical method and combining with ArcGis technology to explor a method of Main function division in Municipal administrative area. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1. The Main Function Division index system of the building of Municipal Administrative Area. The index system is obey the research perspectives, containing 19 microscopic index which comes from the resources and environment carrying capacity, development intensity and development potential.2. The exploration of Main Function Division method. In this paper, Delphi experts investigation evaluation method and entropy method were used to measure the index weight, the threshold value of each main functional areas is determined by Clustering analysis and the division is using the model of three-dimensional rubik’s cube. The results showed:Under the premise of the Prohibited Region,there are the primary key development zones 29, the secondary key development zone 57, the primary limited development zone 70, the secondary limited development zone 57.3. The innovation method for ecological assessment in Main Function Division. The result of ecological assessment is an important factor to influence the main function of the region. The Net primary productivity model is introduced deal with the ecological index, and carries out the regional ecological assessment. The results show that the resources and environment carrying capacity of Yongzhou city is generally high which is beneficial to regional economic development, and the characteristics of the southern high and Northern low in the regional space.
