Global electronics trend of the21st century so that thecompetitiveness of enterprises from manufacturing power steering ontangible intangible information technology infrastructure. With therapid development of information technology， computers poured into themanufacturing enterprise management，enterprise manufacturing processso that organizations become more flexible and efficient， and IT isclosely related to the advanced management techniques one by oneenterprise resource planning system (hereinafter referred to as ERP)emerged. ERP as a business manager to solve the problem of an advancedbusiness management tool， able to standardize business processes andoptimize enterprise logistics， capital flow and information flowintegration， rational and efficient allocation of corporate resources，reduce costs and accelerate for the reaction speed enterprise market，thus centralized control and operational capabilities，and improveenterprise competitiveness in the market.With the development of economy, the state-owned enterprise in Chinahas growed rapidly in recent20years. A lot of local businesses haveformed group firms or investment holding companies controlling by groupdriven by SASAC, which established time are later than local businesses.Therefore, how to integrate recourses, make best use of integratedbusinesses and improve each company’s operation in above groups earlydays is a new chanllenge. In addition, business group and controllingenterprise need to consider a better way to supervise subordinatecompanies to avoid major risk. So centralized control of beforehand prevention，control and analysis is the inevitable major issue to SASAC,state-owned enterprise and investment holding company.According to the group informatization project doing by myself forages and the related knowledge of centralized control and informationconstruction, I put forward an effective way to solve the company’sunbalance informatization, no information of island and the separationof financial and business, so that not only can increase the confidenceof ERP systems, improve the acknowledge of centralized controlinformatization for company, but also can bring significance to helpenterprise promote it centralized control and operating capacity.
