Study On The Function Orientation Of Zhengzhou Z Logistics Park

During the process of modern logistics industry development of China, logistics park is a new kind of forms in recent years. It is the various types of logistics companies and logistics facilities centralized venue layout, and the assembly point of logistics. The logistics park has a certain scale and the comprehensive service functions, which can help to improve the logistics industry intensification and organizational levels. As a hub of transportation system, the construction of Zhengzhou logistics park is the important channel for domestic and foreign trade in our country. In the process of planning logistics park in Zhengzhou logistics parks, the planning and construction key needs to be clear, functional positioning of work needs doing, the park’s logistics services to continuous innovation, efficiency of logistics operations need to be improved, and ultimately to improve customer satisfaction.In this paper, fuzzy quantitative SWOT method used to research on Zhengzhou Logistics park service function. This paper construct a logistics park extending function of triangular fuzzy number judgment matrix and use Zhengzhou Logistics Park as the empirical study to give a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to different extended functions of logistics park, and then determine the best logistics park function orientation according to the evaluation results and carries on the feasibility of function analysis. This article research has laid the groundwork for further research of function extension of logistics park, and better solved the problems of subjectivity and fuzziness is too strong in the process of logistics park function orientation. Practice proved that the method is effective and feasible.The thesis is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is introduction. This chapter discusses this paper’s research background and significance, and proposed the structure and content, research methods and innovative point of this article based on research status at home and abroad. The second chapter is the relevant theoretical overview, which is the theoretical basis of the full text. This chapter first introduces the basic concepts of logistics park, and then expounds the theory related to logistics park function orientation. The third chapter makes a environmental analysis of Zhengzhou Logistics Park, including demand, construction status quo, functional analysis, and the construction of the current problems. The fourth chapter introduces the fuzzy SWOT analysis methods, including fuzzy basic meaning SWOT analysis, the analysis step, and the advantages of logistics park function orientation. The fifth chapter using the SWOT analysis method and fuzzy quantitative SWOT respectively to locate the function of the Zhengzhou Z Logistics park project and make a feasibility analysis. The sixth chapter is conclusion and outlook. As the conclusion of the paper, this chapter explained the conclusions and problems drawn in the last article, and pointed out the direction of further studuy.
