The finiteness of the resource of road rehabilitation after disaster and the boundedness of repair time lead to the result that all the damaged roads can not be repaired roundly. In the restrict of resource and time, the reasonable order of the damaged roads repair means a lot to the furthest recovery extent of highway traffic system, the safe evacuation of victims and the emergency rescue, implementing. Based on some disasters like earthquake, this article is focused on the inquiry and research of the order of destructive routing period repairing in highway transport network during disasters. Specific work of this article reads as follows:(1)The theoretical basis of highway transport network repair after disasters. First of all, there are two methods to construct highway transport network, including primal method and dual method. By analyzing the merit and demerit of the two methods, the primal method is finally recommended to build the highway traffic system. Then, three methods are simply introduced about hazards investigation.on this basis, the condition of the transportation network after disaster is obtained, which provides the foundation for transportation network restoring.(2)The recognition of Critical Transortation Infrastructure of network after-calamity.The major disaster occurring will lead to the destruction of highway network and make the pedestrian facalities broken down.In the restrict of resource and time, all the damaged transit facilities can not be repaired at the same time.So the critical transportation infrastructure should be recognized and repaired firstly.(3)The choice of the goal for highway transport network restoring based on robustness. The characteristics of the post-disaster highway transport network should be analyzed primarily, furthermore, the significance of robustness analysis are proposed. Combining the influence factor of the robustness of highway transport network with the remedial goal“fluent and fast”of the post-disaster highway transport network, two measure indexes about transport network robustness are proposed which means the relative size of maximal connected subgraphs and the efficiency of road networks(including the evacuation efficiency of victims and efficiency of emergency rescue). In consideration of the restraints of the resource of after-calamity road networks restoring and time, the goal for road networks restoring is put forward, which provides the cause of index deciding for the order of highway transport network repair after disasters.(4)The order of the aftermath highway transport network restoring based on robustness. The recovery model of highway transport network after disasters is determined by the measure index of highway network robustness and the recondition cost proposed in Chapter three, combined with the condition of the road network, which is divided into two cases in the restrict of time and resource:the first case, the post-disaster road network is in a non connected condition, which is devoted to make more contributions to road network connectivity and cost down; the second case, the post-disaster road network is in all connected condition, which is focused on making contributions to improving the efficiency of road network and cost down. The model solution algorithm is designed, and then, the renovation sequence of post-disaster highway transport network is determined, which can furthest make highway transport network get well for a limited time and reduce the losses.(5) Instance analysis. At last, the renovation sequence model of highway transport network restoring is applied to the topological network in post-quake Wen Chuan, and the renovation sequence of the damaged roads of post-disaster highway transport network will be obtained.
