As a mountainous country,mountain roads in China are greatly influenced by topography.Most of the low grade highways on the mountain natural slopes are constructed by artificial slope construction,which causes the slope surface to be high and steep,and most of them have not taken engineering measures.Therefore,the subgrade collapse is a kind of common mountain highway disaster,which is serious to the life safety and property safety of road users.Threats can cause greater damage to the ecological environment in the road area,and also lead to bad social responses.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the risk assessment methods and put forward corresponding preventive measures for hidden danger of roadbed collapse in mountainous area.At the same time,it provides a more scientific and reasonable basis for the prevention and treatment of the hidden road and the risk of the hidden danger of the roadbed collapse.On this paper,relying on the "rapid repair technology of mountain road subgrade collapse disaster",through the data collection,field investigation,mechanism analysis,data statistics,data analysis and other work can draw the following conclusions:Firstly,by consulting the relevant data and analyzing and summarizing the existing research results,the induced factors and the corresponding mechanism of the road subgrade collapse disaster in the mountain area are summarized.At the same time,the factors affecting the roadbed collapse of Chongqing mountain highway are summed up according to the district and county level.Secondly,according to the analysis of the influencing factors of the mountain road subgrade collapse,the evaluation indexes are studied by consulting the documents,referring to the actual project cases and combining the consulting opinions of the relevant experts.Finally,the hazard assessment system of highway subgrade disaster in mountain area is established by the index evaluation method and the weight coefficient method.Thirdly,the road survey data of the Chongqing general highway network management center platform from the beginning of 2014 to the end of 2017 are called,and the collapse events of the mountain road subgrade in the Chongqing area of this period are counted,and the corresponding disaster causing factors are obtained.And some districts and counties are selected to calculate the risk degree of subgrade collapse in the local mountainous areas according to the construction of the hazard assessment system of the mountain road subgrade collapse.Finally,through the analysis of the material,the grouting principle,the grouting equipment,the grouting technology and the grouting parameters,the chemical grouting technology is put forward as a fast repair technique for the disaster of the subgrade collapse(subsidence)of the mountain highway,and the chemical grouting test is carried out in three typical sections of the S104 provincial road of the Chongqing city.Test and verify the application of chemical grouting technology in rapid repair of subgrade collapse in mountain area.
