With the consistent improvement of standard of living in china,The car has become the most important transportation for people in daily life and the demand of auto is growing.At the same time,The consumer are increasingly high demands on the quality of automotive products.That means,the manufacturer of vehicle should improve the quality and performance of the product.The accuracy of auto body parts trimming line has a great impact on the accuracy and the rate of qualified products. In the prototype trial process, trimming die has not been developed. Generally, using laser cutting alternative trimming, laser cutting begins from a determine position of parts, gradually cutting the scrap edge, cutting process will emergence of the phenomenon of stress release, resulting in a continuous change of springback, and the current production determine trimming line did not consider this situation, trimming process due to the advent of real-time rebound effect and the shape of the workpiece will change, lead to final laser cutting parts and the design of parts produced has large deviation.The full numerical simulation of springback can be divided into two steps: loading forming process simulation and unloading springback process simulation. The previous calculation is based on the simulation of springback process, which provides the data of stress and strain. The accuracy of this step calculation will directly affect the precision of springback calculation.Laser cutting is not instantaneous, the whole process is actually a segmented, each segment cutting results directly affect the precision of next process.We usually in simulation of sheet metal laser trimming process, ignore the cutting process in sheet metal springback, that is, ignoring the sheet is cut in the real-time stress and strain, but sheet metal springback calculation precision and deformation history is closely related. Ignore real-time springback is bound to affect the final product trimming precision, for trimming process, when on each section of trimming line cutting, bound for structural changes in the shape and stress and strain release, affects the subsequent trimming springback value, thus affecting the trimming line accuracy.In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a method that according to laser cutting timing sequential and considering springback step by step. according to the cutting sequence to block analysis the springback and optimization the trimming line to solve the problem of trimming real-time influence springback. With a laser cutting of Baosteel body parts to obtain the trimming line as an example to verify the feasibility of the method.
