With the improving of life quality and increasing of environmental protection thought, people take more and more seriously to the traffic noise. When car runs at a speed of above 70 Km/h, road and tread pattern noise becomes the dominant part of the traffic noise. Therefore, the research on road and tread pattern noise control not only has far-reaching theoretical importance, but also has abundant practical value.Exploited the noise simulation and optimize software cooperating with Shanghai Rubber Group, Beijing Rubber Academe, Hangzhou ZhongCe Group and Guangzhou South China Rubber Group. Through years striving, famous success has been acquired on the control of Tread pattern noise.This paper systematically studies road and tread pattern noise control from the following five aspects: the sound mechanism, the coupling prediction model, the comprehensive evaluation of noise spectrum, the criterion of noise-reduction optimization, and the noise reduction optimization method. And it mainly focuses on the exploration and practice of noise reduction optimization theory and method for road and tread pattern.Noise reduction optimization is the kernel and difficult points of road and tread pattern noise control. This paper systematically and intensively studies the noise reduction optimization theory. Based on it, this paper then puts forward criterion and process method for thread pattern noise reduction optimization, which enables the optimization process to become more reasonable and more rapid.The article has carried out thorough research on mechanism of road tire noise production, the coupling prediction model and coupling factor having brought forward on the road and tire noise, have reached time domain wave and frequency spectrum of road sound production. This approach based on immune genetic algorithm which combined the length of both genetic algorithm and immune algorithm. The approach is introduced in detail in this paper. The intelligent optimization and noise diagnosis processes are discussed and diagrammized by the analysis of simulation example.The research fruit and software in this paper is strongly applicable to practical engineer, providing high effective approach for lower noise tyre designing and production.
