Fiber reinforced mud ceramics concrete refers to a kind of ecological material in which mixed with fiber and silt ceramics grain aggregate concrete as the substrate material. This paper is based on the earlier work done by our research team, aiming at providing material for ecological composite wall at the same time solved the problem of finding ways to deal with urban sewage and lake sludge. Through the orthogonal experiment, this article discusses the water cement ratio, aggregate replacement ratio and fiber content of three factors on polypropylene fiber ceramsite concrete and steel fiber ceramsite concrete cube compressive strength and splitting tensile strength and achieved an optimal mixture ratio.Studied the change of fiber content effect on tress-strain relationship and toughness coefficient of polypropylene fiber ceramsite concrete and steel fiber ceramsite concrete.Utilize the MATLAB,a random aggregate model program is wrote, and the ABAQUS will import the model for nonlinear finite element analysis. The main contents of this paper include:(1)Through the orthogonal experiment, this article discusses the water cement ratio, aggregate replacement ratio and fiber content of three factors on polypropylene fiber ceramsite concrete and steel fiber ceramsite concrete cube compressive strength and splitting tensile strength and achieved an optimal mixture ratio. Experimental research and analysis shows that the aggregate replacement ratio, water cement ratio, fiber content of polypropylene fiber ceramsite concrete in turn reduce the influence on cubic compressive strength. Aggregate replacement ratio and water cement ratio of polypropylene fiber ceramsite concrete roughly the same influence on splitting tensile strength, the effect of fiber content is small.Aggregate replacement ratio, fiber content, water cement ratio of steel fiber reinforced ceramsite concrete in turn reduce the influence on cubic compressive strength. The impact of steel fiber content on the steel fiber ceramsite concrete splitting tensile strength of the cube is larger, the influence of water-cement ratio and aggregate content are the secondary factors.(2) Adopt the method of single factor experiment to study the uniaxial compression of polypropylene fiber ceramsite concrete and steel fiber ceramsite concrete. Uniaxial compressive stress-strain curves of different fiber content is obtained and effect of fiber content on the compression of the curve characteristic parameters and toughness index are analyzed. Based on test results, this paper puts forward that conforms to the fiber ceramsite concrete under uniaxial compression constitutive model, experimental results and analysis show that fiber can effectively inhibit the development of the cracks, improve the deformation capacity of concrete, improve the concrete ductility, effectively restrain the development of concrete damage. Within a certain range of polypropylene fiber content increases, the index of ceramsite concrete toughness increases. When steel fiber content is 1.5%, ceramsite concrete toughness index reaches peak.(3) In the view of the mesoscopic mechanics the model of concrete as composition of the aggregate, mortar and interface between aggregate mortar. Using MATLAB software, based on the monte carlo method to produce random number, write the random aggregate program, realized the visualization of 2 d and 3 d random aggregate model. ABAQUS import the calculation results of MATLAB for non-linear finite element analysis. Compared with the test results show that the error in the allowed range, that it can be applied to practical engineering.
