Concrete has the advantage of high compressive strength and relatively simple construction and can use local materials.At present,it has been widely used in building engineering construction.But its disadvantage of self-important,high-low ductile brittle and other issues also restrict its development.Therefore,how to improve its performance has become a research direction in the future.This topic will be steel fibers and shale,ceramic sand mixed into the full light of steel fiber concrete-SFRFLC,which can make up for the shortage of normal concrete in order to applied in the practical engineering.In order to further understand the basic mechanical properties of this new composite material,this article mainly has carried on the SFRFLAC working performance,compressive strength,flexural strength and flexural toughness of experimental research.The main research content is as follows:1.Through the study of such composites,it mainly analyzes the influence of cement grade,steel fiber volume ratio and water-binder ratio on job performance.Studies have shown that: the influence of water-binder ratio on mixture workability is more significant.with the increase of steel fiber volume ratio decreases.2.Through the research of 48 150mm×150mm×150mm cubic specimens and 48 150 mm × 150 mm × 550 mm bending specimen,it mainly analyzes the influence of cement grade,steel fiber volume ratio and water-binder ratio on the cube compressive and bending performance.Studies have shown that: the incorporation of steel fiber on concrete cube compressive strength increased slightly,but the effect of improving the bending strength is more significant.3.Through the research of 64 150 mm × 150 mm × 550 mm trabecular specimens,it mainly analyzes the influence of cement grade,steel fiber volume ratio and water-binder ratio on the flexural toughness.According to the load-deflection curve,using different evaluation methods,we calculate and analyze the initial strength SFRFLAC,ultimate strength,flexural toughness index,equivalent flexural strength,flexural toughness than other indicators.Research shows that: with the increase of steel fiber volume ratio,flexural toughness index of the specimens,toughness index value increased gradually to the ideal elastic-plastic material,load-deflection curve become more fullness;According to test results,we discuss the best way that is more applicable to flexural toughness evaluation method of steel fiber concrete.
