Many earthquake disasters brought the loss of lives and property of human which difficult to estimate since th21 st century.A substantial part of existing reinforced concrete structure in our country due to the seismic fortification goal and seismic fortification standards increase can not meet the requirement of the earthquake, a small number of projects under construction due to construction quality defect problems also exist cannot meet the requirements of seismic situation.So for both the implementation and appraisal and seismic strengthening of reinforced concrete structures has important engineering significance and academic value.Based on the existing aseismatic appraisal and strengthening design of reinforced concrete structure as the research subject, in order to provide reference of theoretical analysis and engineering implementation to both seismic appraisal and strengthening design of reinforced concrete structures.First this paper introduces the research and technology application situation at home and abroad about the existing appraisal and seismic strengthening of reinforced concrete structures,and then summarized several common reinforcement methods.Then take two practical engineering which is a frame structure of college teaching building and a frame core wall structure office building for example, respectively discusses the design theory and engineering implementation on existing reinforced concrete structure which cannot meet the requirements of seismic situation because the seismic fortification goal and seismic fortification standards increase and construction quality defect problems.Among them due to the seismic fortification goal and the improvement of seismic fortification standards, changing the use as middle school teaching building, the the frame structure college teaching building which did not do the seismic design cannot meet the requirements of seismic situation,through the research and analysis of the project,puts forward the reasonable and efficient aseismatic appraisal method,and compared to select the reasonable reinforcement ways of individual component;A frame core wall office buildings under construction in the process of column caused by the problem of cast concrete which strength grade design value has not been achieved,if continue to follow the original design and construction,it couldn’t meet the safety requirements.On this basis, this project is thoroughly discusses the building reinforcement and reinforcement methods,and puts forward node processing, transformation ways and contrast analysis to study the mechanical performance of the whole structure of before and after reinforcement,and at last reasonable reinforcement design scheme is proposed to ensure the integrity of their nodes and good force while different ways of reinforcement on the top and tie of columns.The results of this article has been used in practical engineering and good results have been achieved, and play a theoretical guidance role on seismic appraisal and reinforcement of similar projects.
