Research On Optimize Mode In Choosing The Traffic Information Distribution Method Based On The Technology Of Cooperation

With the rapid development of economy in our country, urban traffic problem is increasing get the attention of people, especially in large and medium-sized city, traffic problem has become more and more serious,such as the problem of "traffic jam" and "traffic accidents"appears in our eyes is also increasing.The spreading of the urban traffic problems in the end is caused by the behinding of the urban traffic information service technology. Therefore, to achieve more comprehensive traffic induced service, how to enhance and improve the level of urban traffic information service gradually become a hotspot in the research of traffic fields in recent years.The purpose of this paper is to study the optimize mode in choosing the traffic inforamation distribution method based on the muti-attribute theory utility. Because traditional traffic information guidance service cannot meet people’s travel information more comprehensive, this paper chose to combine the different traditional way of traffic information release technologies, and studying their optimization model. This paper firstly introduces the research purpose and significance, and then analyzing its’ research status, and thirdly, putting forward the research ideas through summarizing the related literature put forward in this paper, at last, the author made a full text summary and looking forward the prospect.The main contents focus on chapter3and chapter4, first of all, the third chapter puts forward the optimization model based on multi-attribute utility Theory, the text of the "cooperative" mainly focuses on the theoretical aspects of synergy which is mainly compared the final selection of advantages and disadvantages of the release plan in order to make theoretical sense of the composite, and to improve the effect of information release, then confirm the index system construction and model of the collaborative optimization model, the text use the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to determine the target weight model and multiattribute utility theory methods to determine the final optimization model. The fourth chapter validated the model, treated5th ring road in Beijing as an example, first analyzes the designated sites on the possible existence of several kinds of traffic information release, then establish the weight of each alternative by the construction of judgment matrix and eventually judge strengths and weaknesses of each scheme through the general cost index and benefit index for the optimal solution of optimization. The result shows that the traffic information release plan for:the best traffic is radio release form, which shows that the method is feasible.
