With the growing number of high-rise buildings, the construction technicalrequirements was increased gradually, a large number of uncertain factors generated, theprobability in construction claims is rising sharply, leading to the traditionalmanagement model is difficult to adapt to the new changes. For the above, this paperproposes a specific methods about the reliability of high-rise construction, the methodconsiders the quality, schedule, safety and cost factors impact construction of varioussubsystems projects, and proposes a new method about construction of an integratedmanagement reliability control system.Based on the basic knowledge of reliability and system, the paper first describesthe status of the development of the construction system reliability, the significance, factors affect the construction subsystem, the calculation method of construction andconstruction sub-system reliability. Then do depth analysis on the factors that affect thereliability of the subsystem, and take the use of the combination of entropy method andtandem system theory to determine the reliability of the construction in each subsystem. Then introduce minimal path set theory to calculate the reliability of constructionsystem. In this paper, a high-rise building in Handan City is taken as an example to doevaluation and analysis its reliability. At last the conclusion that the reliability of theevaluation results of the instance is shown. The practical application in high risebuildings shows that the method can be used reasonably and effectively to determinewhether the project is technically feasible during construction and the economy isreasonable. It is an effective comprehensive evaluation method for the reliability ofhigh-rise buildings.
