With the rapid growth of Chinese economy,the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization,super high-rise buildings that can solve the problem of urban congestion have become an inevitable trend of urban development in China.Compared with traditional multi-storey and high-rise buildings,the construction of super high-rise buildings is more difficult,and the requirements for construction technology and construction organization management are higher.The paper takes a super high-rise building in Guiyang as an engineering example and studies the key construction techniques of super high-rise buildings.Firstly,the overall construction ideas of super high-rise buildings are summarized.Then,the construction plan of the deep foundation pit and mass concrete,the construction measurement control plan and the selection and layout of vertical transportation equipments such as tower crane,construction elevator and high-pressure pump are studied.Finally,the problems of construction management such as construction progress,quality and safety production management of super high-rise buildings are studied.According to the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The basic principles of super high-rise building construction are to highlight tower construction,organise line production,increase mechanization use,and strengthen general contract management.(2)Super high-rise buildings should determine the construction method of deep foundation pit according to the specific engineering characteristics(Smooth practice,Inverse method,Smooth-Inverse combination method);Before the construction of mass concrete,full-scale model test and finite element analysis should be carried out to optimize the construction plan;The key to the super high-rise building construction measurement is vertical control.The axis control reference points with sufficient precision and density should be arranged in the tower,and the laser verticimeter measuring method with high accuracy and convenient operation should be adopted as much as possible.It is necessary to comprehensively consider the mechanical properties,construction progress,safety of use,cost and other factors,and select vertical transportation equipments suitable for the characteristics of the project.(3)In the construction of super high-rise buildings,project management plays a vital role in the normal construction of the entire project.After defining the management system,adopting effective management techniques such as technology,economy,publicity and education can greatly improve management efficiency and ensure successful completion of the engineering.
